Thank you so much! Kindly recommend a good moisturiser after using Paula’s choice BHA. Also is it okay if my face wash contains glycolic and or Vitamin c before exfoliation? Or should I be concerned about the face wash as well?

As long as we don't pig out on junk food/processed food during our fasts. Which usually happens during Ramadan. Here's how I see it, we won't eat it if it isn't in the house Insha'Allah. 💗

Hello, thank you so much for this wonderful post! I have a question about combining mandelic acid and salicylic acid. I have the 10% mandelic from the ordinary and 2% salicylic from Paula’s choice. Do you combine them in your hand when you’re ready to use? Or can you combine them in a bottle together and mix them? Also, what is the ratio? Is it 50/50? Thank you so much! 🙂

Loveee this channel and how authentic, honest, and easy you are with explaining products and helping us figure out this massive industry that is skin care! Would you be willing to do a video on First Aid Beauty products AND Biossance?? I think it's a pretty great line, meant for sensitive skin, and I think they generally check off most of the items on the Dr. V safe for coloured skin checklist!

Hi Doc. I have PIH and I see lots of brown spots on my back. So I am using your layering for hyperpigmentation using ordinary products for a month now on tiny brown spots all over for a month now. When should I start seeing any difference? Also should I use AHA & BHA on my back?

Contact dermatitis includes but is not limited to allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), which is what’s relevant for fragrance 3. Common =/= number 1, most common cause of ACD would be nickel. Labmuffin has some good posts on this

@@jamespham6166 this is being overly pedantic. Point is fragrance is the number one cause of allergic contact derm. in skincare and it's better to avoid it. No one puts nickel in skincare products. Lab Muffin doesn't say fragrance is good or not a problem for people. Lots of times you don't know whether you have skin issues till the allergy appears.
