Michael Giacchino's THE MAN. Dr. Strange is by far the best movie of Marvel or any other superhero franchise. I salute to the director, the lead actors esp. Tilda Swinton.

My one complaint about the MCU so far has been that there music has largely been fairly forgettable and they seem terrified of reusing songs from movie to movie (a hero's themesong should be as iconic as their costume). I'm glad this soundtrack is fixing the former issue.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought this! I blame the composer they use in the Avengers films, who is named Henry Jackman. Brian Tyler's score in Thor: The Dark World was very emotional, and Alan Silvestri's score for Captain America was epic, thematic, and emotional as well. But Henry Jackman's scores have no substance. They're just background sound for the action scenes. When I heard that Michael Giacchino was composing for Doctor Strange, you have no idea how excited I was! He's done amazing work in films like Tomorrowland, Inside Out, Star Trek, Jurassic World, and Super 8. His skill is very evident in the work he does, and he did an amazing job making the music in Doctor Strange memorable!

barbaro267 hate to burst your bubble, but Henry Jackman has only composed for two MCU movies. Captain America 2 (which had a very memorable soundtrack), and Civil War (which had its moments)

Deon Morales That's really no surprise to me. I can't recall whoever did the music for the first Avengers film, but at least the Avengers theme was memorable. But nothing else in the film was (lol). But I can't recall a single theme from Winter Soldier or Civil War. Even Ant-Man's movie didn't have a strong character theme that I remember, though I don't complain about the music style at all. Avengers 2, Civil War, and Winter Soldier's scores were nothing compared to Captain America and Doctor Strange in terms of theme. Is there a music piece in one of Henry Jackman's works, besides End Of The Line from Winter Soldier, that you would listen to on repeat?

Taking a Stand is probably my favorite MCU track.

All sorts of awesome in this, with some shades of Queen. Well played Michael Giacchino, Master of the Musical Arts.

This movie made me fall in love with Marvel, and specially with this character :') and I'm so happy

This movie is gold, i usually wait til the final screenings so i'm practically alone watching it but now i'm glad i went to see it early so i can enjoy it more than once on the big screen. Thanks for uploading the soundtrack, it's just as amazing as the movie

Loved the film, and along with the avengers theme (from both movies) this is the best, this sounds truly "iconic" for a character... surely iron man had some bad ass black sabbath and acdc songs, but the songs are iconic to the bands not entirely for the hero

You asked whether you spelled his name right or not. Don't mind but it's a little bit wrong. It's "Benedict Cumberbatch". Instead of 'A', there will be 'E' in Benedict and there will be a 'T' in between 'A' and 'C'

This whole track is just badass.

I love the hints of electric guitar in the film's soundtrack cuz I feel it's a nod to the very weird 1978 Doctor Strange film. Whatever one might say about that movie, it sure was a mood

Has a really prog rock feel...like something from Yes or Genesis back in the 70s.
