I mean, technically it is a basic part of any good assessment. Vitals, breath sounds, chief complaint, targeted assessment. Treat the whole patient. Leg bone connected to the... thigh bone. Thigh bone connected to the... hip bone.

actually scrubs was filmed in a real hospital that was no longer in use. and they had to do a lot of construction so they could use it but they did in fact use a real hospital for it.

I've never watched the full length of one of your videos Dr. Mike. (seen snippets of videos. (reaction videos etc.) on Facebook) However, this was really neat to see. You toured an actual doctor drama that's airing on TV. I really liked that one of the actors showed how they had there set and you telling them wether it was accurate or not. It's cool to hear feedback from an actual doctor to know that these shows are actually depicting similar situations to what would go down in an ER, OR etc.

You should be a on set consultant for all things medical within the show.

I love how they traded places at the end to show how "good" of an actor Dr. Mike was and how "good" of a doctor Manish was xD

Fleur I watch this show but it is laughably unrealistic! Just as unrealistic as Grey’s, another show I love LOL

I can't believe how accurate the ER and the ICU looked. I work in an ICU with a level one trauma center. Also the guy walking with a back pack most of our new medical students walk around with one.
