They do this with every kitchen gadget video. It doesn’t work perfectly the first time because of something that’s fixable and instead of adjusting and trying again, they’re lazy and base the review on their first try.

Zach Berger...💁🏾‍♀️ That's just the point though. Product review videos are all 'bout how the product is *supposed* to work based on the manufactors' recommendation and instructions. She's demonstrates products JUST as all consumers would after reading the instructions. If the products don't live-up to the manufactors' claim, then that's on them if their products come-up short for these types of product review videos✌🏾.

Shahriman Shahrul Zaman Yes that would be proper way to review any product. I have a Hamilton Beach version of this oven, with viewing window, that i got at Walmart for $38. I can tell you, that it works great! Unlike this host who spent all her time on her face, instead of learning basic cooking skills, i mixed my own dough and used my hands to make a super thin crust. I don't see how you can pretend to be a cooking host, when you BUY a dough ball, that someone Else had made, and used a rolling pin to make crust thicker than some school text books. I was very intimated when baking my very first scratch made pizza. I was totally shocked how perfect the pizza came out, on the very first experiment. I learned on first try, that all you have to do is stretch the dough with hand over hand steering wheel motion, but outward in direction. Aside from incrediblely short cooking time, what makes the oven work so well, is the super hot steel pan and the super shallow height of the oven. It's direct close in heat + steel bottom pan that TOUCHES and creates crispy bottom crust. Use whole milk mozzarella, and you will see great results. I always attempt to have a lots of beer, before baking a pizza. I suceed about 95% of the time. My thin crust bakes WELL Under 5min

For an awesome and crispy pizza: 1. put your homemade dough in a well floured non-stick skillet and put it on medium-high to high (depends on the desired crispyness and thickness of the dough) 2. assemble the toppings you like 3. when the dough is almost done on the bottom-side, put it in the oven under the broiler (pre-heated or not, depends on the actual amount of the toppings) and let the cheese become oozy and the toppings little bit crispy... Works for me all the time and it's very similar to a pizza which comes out of a stone oven... 🍕😀👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I laughed out loud at the dorm room idea. Sure, you could possibly pull that off. We hid toasters, etc (George Foreman grills were popular contraband), but I'm trying to imagine a couple of dorm guys stocking dough, sauce, cheese and toppings in their mini-fridge. And what about prep? "I'm gonna do the mise en place on top of my dresser, can you roll out the dough on your desk, please? Wait, throw some flour down first."

actually isn't it good that if the top is overcooked the bottom is as well? means that by removing the pizza 1 or 2 minutes earlier it should be evenly done . It was a 1st try and I would like to see how pizzas turn out when she's experimented with the oven, I'm sure that by messing just a bit with the timer and the dough it's possible to have very decent pizza!

I have one of these and the biggest mistake is baking a fresh pizza for 15 minutes. The crust will burn and hardly be appetizing. Back the heat down 1/4 turn and set the timer closer to 8 minutes. If it's not done, start it again but only ONE minute at a time! The crust thickness I use is about the same as Tombstone thin. This oven also works very well reheating takeout pizza from the night before.

Get pizza stone and oven on full whack. Other gadgets actually had some relatively unique use or feature but the oven does exactly the same things as this. I mean it works well, but oven works better. If I had to point out one pro for the gadget it would be the rotation, but you can do same by turning the pizza. It's not any easier or better than oven so it really doesn't have any function.

I guess the outside of that pizza box thing gets pretty hot. Maybe kind of dangerous, someone might come along and not really know what it is and grab it (yes people do silly things). I think the Pizza probably turns out adequately if you check the cooking process periodically. On the other hand, making it in a conventional oven is just as good. My perception is this is a novelty appliance, and people should stick to the basic kitchen equipment.
