Friends theme give me more nostalgia

The first one was instantly recognizable! Whoever wrote the music for Avatar the Last Airbender and the Legend of Korra was a musical impressionist and a Genius. Without the music it wouldn't have had the same effect on the audience! Some of these other ones confused me because we never really watched those shows.

As an adult man I would like to say its pretty nostalgic and It brings tears to my eyes. As a pianiist I would to say It's a well done job keeping It easy but still very awesome music.

(Not as good as the books but still a show worth checking out if you haven't seen it.) 9.Scooby-Doo! (another show I haven't seen but the theme is very recognizable) 10.The Simpsons. (also a show I haven't seen.) 11.DuckTales. (The new series is great!... but I still have yet to get around to seeing the original.) 12.Phineas and Ferb. 13.Pokemon (A song I could actually play on the piano myself!) 14.Stranger Things Really disapointed I didn't get the spongebob theme... but it just didn't sound quite the same on a piano.

Halfway though NGE, the tune finally hit a part of my head that knows anime intros, it's been stuck in my head without a name

For some reason, the one that took me literally one second to guess was the Flintstones, with no sound. Just seeing the notes, made them sound instantly in my head.

I know this is over a year late, but THANK YOU! I couldn't fit it with the turtles music I knew so I went and listened to ALL the tv series theme songs and still could not match it... It would have driven me nuts if I had not found your comment. Using movie music for a list of tv series music (especially when the same franchise had SEVERAL series themes to choose from) is extremely strange...

I didn’t watch all these shows but of the shows I have watched I went 100%. Shows how powerful a memory response music can have

6/25 Another hard but awesome challenge! I'm good with my games, but not good with my TV shows. I may have heard some of the songs that I got wrong or couldn't come up with a guess on here, but I'm not really good at remembering things. All the 6 ones I got correct are easy for me, as I have watched them multiple times and can remember them no matter what.

I got more right than I thought I would. I don't know how I missed Avatar.

I just love how none of these sound like what they are supposed to be, makes it even harder to guess and ups the difficulty!

15 just brings back so many childhood memories.. still my favorite tv show today

I recognized 12 even though I've only seen 10 of these shows, and yes I counted the flinstones because the piano roll was enough for me to recognize the theme.

I am proud to say that I got 14 out of 24 correct! (I figured I’d bring it from 25 to 24 since unfortunately 17 had to be muted… sorry the copyright pigs did that to this vid.)

I feel like these all fall into 4 different categories, for me. 1) Did not recognize the tune or the show it was from. 2) Recognized the tune, but couldn't guess the show. This is usually caused by the song being used elsewhere, or me just not remembering. 3) Did not recognize the tune, but knew the show when it was revealed. This is either because I have heard of the show, but not its music, I couldn't remember the song, or the song doesn't translate well to piano. 4) Recognized the tune, and was able to guess the show.

Was not expecting to see the gravity falls theme, I am instantly impressed!

Most of my beautiful childhood memories are gone, I don't even know anything about who I was back then. My head just hurts trying to remember. Luckily some of them got back because of the power of music. Thank you for adding the adventures of Tintin. The themesong is grosly overlooked in the "best theme songs" category mostly because it was, I guess only popular in Europe. I like to think that, as Indiana Jones was inspired by the Tintin albums, the theme song was inspired by the John Williams track. Sadly, the theme didn't "pop" as much on piano only as it did on the original. Having said that, I do expect a second list. Really wonder how the Animaniacs and Pizza cats themes will sound (yeah, my 90's kid is showing). There's also of course Sherlock, Dexter, Breaking Bad...
