I'm really pleased with this! It works like a charm kzread.infoUgkxDcr-y2Pf6xdnrFHrSP7dl9kpKaCozcSQ Takes less time than my old electric sharpener because it can take more off the knife faster, and then it smooths out nicely with the finer grit polisher. I don't know how long it will last before the grit wears away, but I wouldn't mind having to replace it every once in a while.

Over the years I have bought several Victorinoxes, but the one I am most fond of is in Switzerland - in a sort of Autogrill - forty years ago now. I use it all day, I live in the country, and I must say that I have never felt the need to sharpen the scissors, although I often use them on myself for "delicate surgical operations" on the toe nails ... (instead, I redo the edge to the main blade every time I need a precise and clean cut, surprising me every time by the longevity of this tool).

I don’t know how I didn’t know about your videos before last week. You do a great job with them, and it’s just so enjoyable to watch you do something improvised or New, or just to take special pride enough craft. Thanks for taking us on your journey. By way of giving back, the scissors sharpen easily by cutting aluminum foil. Just folding a piece of aluminum foil over, snipping it, just sharpens them right back up again in a pinch when a persons away from the workshop. :-)
