4 Zucchini
1 onion
Olive oil
250g beef
Salt pepper paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
Thyme
80g Butter
2 tablespoons of flour
500ml milk
Salt pepper
Mozzarella cheese

Thanks for the recipe! Delicious! I just finished making it, but I wasn’t sure about the temperature. I baked it following your instructions. After 30 minutes the zucchini was uncooked. So, I baked it fir 15 more minutes at 400F. Your instructions said 250 but no clarification about Fahrenheit or Celsius. Thought to post this info in case people are wondering about the temperature and timing. Other than that, I loved the recipe! Thanks again. Happy New Year and blessings! Be safe!
