Fan fact: if you are really hungry but don’t want to eat because you just want to sleep, put a pillow under your belly, it will pressure your stomach and you wont feel hungry anymore. I do this all the time and it works. It’s recommended if you put the pillow as low as possible

Sounds like an eating disorder. That was also want my abusive mother used to tell me coz she liked starving her kids - she said to wrap a wet towel around my stomach if i get too hungry (she said it as a taunt) She’s been fat all her life and tries to lose weight. Since she has a bad relationship with food (she cannot stop eating) she has been resentful of her daughter’s youth and young bodies.

don't mind me making notes.... -cook noodles for three and a half minutes, then take it off heat, rinse it with cold water and then drain. -put 2/3 of the soup pack into a bowl with some black pepper, a teaspoon of vinegar, sesame seeds and one mintsgarlic. -2 tablespoons of table oil right before it boils -add some green -fried egg!!

You need to get the black vinegar!! It’s literally so good it will change your life. It isn’t even expensive and I’ve been using it my whole life do it really is worth it. I recommend Chinkiang vinegar 👍🏼

I’ve tried this and it really is amazing! That egg fried in that manner really adds texture to the otherwise smooth mouthful of noodles. Definitely worth getting up from bed for!

So ..... I tried it and it was really freaking good! Didn't have black vinegar substituted with balsamic vinegar def recommend, added some chilli flakes too for extra kick and didn't have any chives in the freezer :( next time should be even better tho
