I do not have any faith, it's not a good way to find what is true. So without faith, you can not please god, so has god made me an atheist?

Your simply molecules in motion responding to the chemical reactions in your brain, and as Richard Dawkins says " dancing to your DNA". You have no objective standard to make any truth claims it's all subjective from your world view. The brain serves evolutionary success not truth.

Doubts always come , but God never changes, Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God

It's the integrity of THIS world that I doubt!

Yes! The Bible says this faith can be tried, tested and found true! It must be studied, it must come with the heckler, the critic.

Sure you can test "faith" but I would be surprised if your results are any better then just flipping a coin. faith is basically lying to yourself!

Amen, we can’t save ourselves with good works. It’s All about Jesus dying for us and conquered death for Everyone for free. It’s Gods loving gift to us 🙏💙 His Love for us is unimaginable

​@@gknight4719Atheist so far. 1 Timothy 2 v4 says: (God) _who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth_ This means you will be called at some point, which means you will have faith at some point in order to answer that call. Of course at that point you will have the free will to accept or reject it. All the best for when that happens 👍

I have many bibles been baptized twice but still an atheist, surly if god wanted me, I would know by now, if my name is in the book of life and if god loves me why am I an atheist? don't figure. How about this, you have been lied to, god is just imaginary, wake up. cheers

@@gknight4719 Why did you choose to get baptised twice if you didn't believe Mr Knight, especially the second time? Nobody is promised three score and ten, read the Psalm in it's entirety lest you understand it out of context; Moses is lamenting the brevity of the average lifespan and well he might.

I don't doubt my faith because my faith is in me and my capabilities, not in invisible being creating us and then washing his hands of responsibility.

I think most people have had doubts at times. We are human. It may take different forms. We may doubt the existence of God, we may believe in a god but have doubts about who or what god is, or the non believer may sometimes doubt the non existence.

Yes i have full faith in my lord Krishna, because i have concrete evidence of his presence,He KRISHNA has given my all my needs and HAPPY. i can never Fargo my KRISHNA.

And here we go on again with a “words mean stuff” lecture.

Let’s not forget that John the baptist doubted. When he was in prison he sent his disciples to go and ask Jesus if he was the one who is to come, or should we expect someone else? Matthew 11:2. Jesus didn’t get angry. Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor” it says to me, for those of us that have doubted were in good company!! Doubt can build a stronger faith…if you seek it!!

Everyday. In every way ☺️

There are old sources that show a knowledge of the concept "Christianity" from various different people: old Europe, old Asia. But then, then in the Bible, Jesus says that Abraham and Isaak will be in the kingdom of God. But they never knew Jesus.

No sir, my faith is strong . I question everything and everyone, I have lost faith in man's ability to rightfully teach God's word, not their commentary of it. There are few that can exhort and encourage the Saints to walk the Narrow path in love, not fear. And since when is if not appropriate to call someone to repentance because you might cause them phycological damage? What? Are you men of God or what? gird yourselves and Preach Gid Holy Word or go sit in a corner 🤔

I think you've misunderstood Prof Lennox. He points out that doubt has different meanings. His faith is strong because he exposes himself to questions and his faith is evidence based.

doubt is usually sin. as for being in two minds the Bible says "double minded man cleanse you heart". Cleanse your heart? what of? SIN how? in one on one conversation and argument the Holy Spirit showed me that my persistent doubt after the questions ere answered was indeed sin and with great patience He led me to repent of these sins. For as Isaiah says He is wonderful Counsellor - the only counsellor i will ever listen to now It was not hard, for His yoke is NOT hard. doubt as sin is refusal to accept knowledge fighting knowledge: knowledge of God, the only way to repent is to acknowledge one's refusal ' i now have almost NO doubt that God exists at all. Compare this with 44 years ago in the months after my conversions to Christ. back then the doubts were agonizing. one last thing: belief that christianity is true is NOT saving faith After all St James says, "you believe in God? GOOD!! So does the devil, and he trembles." If Prof Lennox talks about christianity not Christ he may merely be an intellectual assenting to doctrinal propositions. this is not saving faith and if this is what he has he is not a christian.

God is definitely real, created universe defined by time, space, and matter and governed by laws and Bible is true through Christ transforming people’s lives then and now. And the First Law of Thermodynamics, energy cannot be created or destroyed. Light (photon) is package of energy and the Bible tells us in Genesis 1:3 that God spoke it into existence by saying “‘Let there be light,” and there was light”, only God could have established it.

Critical thinking not taught at these colleges!!!

What about Santa Claus, he brings joy to people every year. There are songs about him, he is on xmas cards. He comes down chimneys on 24th Dec just in time for people to celebrate a pagan festival that was stolen by christians. Thats not fair. Why do you not celebrate your idol when he was born in Sept. Nobody ever mentions the tooth fairy, every time a child has a tooth come out, in the morning tooth go replaced with money.

Christians doubt the reality of God all the time, and desperately suppress the doubts. People in real relationships don’t experience doubts. As for the resurrection, even first year science or law students would be able to explain to Dr McGrath that he has things the wrong way around. The question is not ‘Can it be disproven?’, but ‘Is there sufficient evidence to believe it?’ The answer is very obviously ‘No!’

Blind faith is dangerous? 45,000 denominations in Christianity is riding on nothing but blind faith. 1. Where is the evidence that Jesus even died let alone rose from the dead. 2. The earth has come to destruction at least two times by deadly comets. The last comet caused the great flood...yet, HERE WE STILL ARE. 3. You can't serve two Gods. Either you are with the God in the old testament or you are serving the trinity under the new testament.

This is an excellent channel to search for those answers to your questions. Faith used in the bible refers to trust. The 45,000 denominations all agree on the basics of Jesus is the son of God and that he died and through him we can live forever. 1. Josephus, Jewish Historian. Eyewitness accounts. Gospel testimonies. Most of the scholars believe he was indeed crucified under Pontius Pilate. 2. The flood was most likely regional. 3. God is the same God, he doesn't change. We CHANGE, the Bible is written from a viewer's point of view which means our perception of God changes but he doesn't. To be honest you have to search for the answers yourself. Set aside pride and soften your heart. Many of us Christians are open-minded people. God won't force you to be Christian, only you can make the decision. Peace be with you! God bless!
