One of the nicest guys who ever lived, with a heart of gold. Most people don't know that.

Colin Kelly He was a bit of a complicated character with some weird world views but at the core he really was a good person. I think a heart of gold is the perfect way to describe that.

I’m obsessed with tiny Tim, love his music and legacy as a whole. But he married a creepily young lady on live television and admitted to smacking her at-least once. Heart of gold isn’t what I would use to describe him. He was an imperfect person like all of us.

Was he joking or deadly serious? I like it what ever way it was intended, makes me smile every time I hear it 👍🏻
I met him briefly a couple of times in New York, once in the 70s, once in the 80s. He was very soft spoken & seemed humble & shy. It was good to be able to tell him that I enjoyed his work.
Am I the only one who strongly prefers this to the original? This fabulous. Tiny Tim arrangements are always LIT!

Tiny Tim's rendition reminds me of the 1940s style. While the original version is more modern.

Thanks! I always tried to take current hit of the day and arrange them in the '20s style. My band gave the same "treatment" to You're The First, The Last my Everything, Feelings and Proud Mary. We were the original Postmodern Jukebox -- LOL!
One of the most underrated artists of all time. All hail Tiny!!
It's a fucking shame that back and now then a lot of people seems to missunderstand Tiny Tim, I first heard of him in the movie "Insidious" and in the Spongebob episode. Later on I bought his album "God Bless Tiny Tim" and I just felt in love with his music, his interpretation and his vocal range. And what a plus that he plays ukelele left handed and guitar like right handed. He was a genius in all the meaning of the word. Sorry for my grammar, greetings from Mexico! :)
T.T. was a very sensitive, respectful and moral person. His strangeness was just part of the act, and when he wasn't performing he was an intriguing and wonderful conversationalist. The world would be a lot better off if we had more entertainers with his moral compass and sensibilities. I miss him.
Now this, kids, this is real music.

Dude tiny tim can sing, not only in that famous squeaky voice but in this one too. He rocked and always will.
He was a sexy beast, very talented! We'll miss you Tiny Tim.
I love you, Tiny Tim. You were a warm-hearted soul who is missed by many. And for those who deem you as "odd" I say in return, "I'd rather be accused of being odd than generic." Rest in peace, Sweet Man.
I remember listening to this song in September of 2008 before I started my first year of high school. I will never forget.
this has to be the best cover EVER!!!!
I was lucky enough to grow up with the performances of Tiny Tim. Although, I was around a year old when he made his first appearance on Carson in '68 , I was happy to be able to have enjoyed his music throughout my lifetime. I "got it , even back then when I was young and onwards . This was , only because I was enlightened by my elders to the music of the old days as it were. 20's , 30',40's. A fabulous man! I only regret I was unable to know him. I do remember the day he died. Very sad , a great energy left us!
Tiny Tim the Legend♥ I LOVE IT!
This is the best version of this song, and if you're gonna have a Tiny Tim memory, this should be it.
it took me a minute to get past the initial shock of how weird this is, but tiny tim's wonderful vibrato and tone and controlled warbling he has in his voice and all the instruments & jauntiness of the tune makes this cover feel really vaudevillian and theatrical and i kind of totally love it
he was the definition of "show man"...did everything, sang, acted, made people laugh...
This guy was a genius...a one off ..Miss you Tiny Tim...
Tiny Tim was one of the most interesting people that ever lived.
RIP Tiny. Thirteen years ago, today you passed away. You are missed. :(
Awe old tiny tim. Rest in peace

And I find this performance far more believable.
This is such a weirdly amazing rendition of this song. It always brings me back to the days of Dr. Demento. Yes, I’m showing my age lol but boy radio was so much more interesting back then lol
Tiny Tim FTW! Amazing voice, good sense of humor, and a bad ass...rest in peace.
Had this guy been properly managed and steered in the right direction, he could have died a millionaire.

This makes me laugh so much.. the way he sings the chorus.
Tiny Tim=Awesomeness!!!
This is the best version of the song ever.
This is better than today's music lol
What a talent. So knowledgeable. Irreplaceable.
How could anyone not like this?? Is this where Wierd Al gets his inspiration?
Finally, yes!!! I'm not the only one. He's always reminded me of the Mad Hatter but I didn't think anyone else agreed.
he is a fuking genius
I was looking for the original song but this one is way better hahahaha.
Tiny, an often misunderstood genius! What was filmed is not nearly enough to show his talent, ability to entertain and his ability to laugh at himself, along with everyone else! It's sad that his life ended the way it did. He deserved better. Not only did he make an impact during his time on earth, he managed to keep a few of the old songs/performers fresh in peoples minds then and now, through the magic of the internet, Tiny Lives On! You ROCK, Tiny!
Man that Vibrato is Genius. That Phrasing, he is a musical GOD!!!

I was reading a book about ukuleles and there was a picture of Tiny Tim in it. My co-worker saw the picture and thought it was Weird Al! I told him that it's Tiny Tim! I can see why someone would confuse the two. Both Tiny Tim and Weird Al have similar hairstyles.
My god this guy rules!!!
Classic post-prime Tiny Tim! I wish we had that tuba player when he called this tune on stage in 1981 with me on piano, a punk rock drummer, a bluegrass bass player, and an art-rock guitarist.
tiny tims music is strangly good.
he actually had a great voice
Vid is hilarious, vocals better than the original. What a legend
2021, Tiny Tim is still Amazing!
Man that dude is straight out of the '20s - loved it!
So odd!!! Thanks for posting this!!!! Ha!!!! He was such a great guest on Howard Stern.
Sure very sexy! Tiny Tim had charm and talent and a incredible voice.
Can't over emphasise just how fantastic this is!
he has a very unique voice and look

Daniel Izzo I remember Tiny Tim doing this song on the Joe Franklin Show. He threw a lot of his falsetto in during that version, which ultimately climaxed and crashed when he started tearing off his shirt and his belly started pouring out.
Tiny Tim had a genuine sense of humour about himself, and a vast knowledge and appreciation of the vintage recording artists. This is him doing his best Al Jolson voice, just for fun.
Tiny Tim always keeping it real... R.I.P. Tiny Tim...
Great ! 😀

This approaches PERFECTION. I love it.
Leave Tiny Tim alone! The man had more of Jesus living inside him than any other satan-worshiping musical artist of today.
Omg XD
One of my fav videos of the internet
This video is so preposterous, yet I find myself watching it again and again... ! It cracks me up. I am a devoted Tiny fan though! I wish this track were available on CD... it's the best version of this song I've ever heard.
Did they use this in that newer The Great Gatsby with Leo DiCaprio?
what the FUCK. this is better then Rod Stewart rock on tinny
this is amazing.
LOL god bless tiny tim! Legendary Troll! Just look at him walking across the screen with that ultimate creeper face! Priceless
I hope they make a 3D hologram of tiny. That would be awesome! Just like tupac and Michael Jackson.
I need to change my pants.
Wow mi canción favorita cantada por un cantante extraordinario
great clip, thanks!
god why did he have to die
@melissacooper4482

Mainly because he didn't take good care of himself. He had diabetes and heart disease. His doctor told him that he should retire from performing because of his health problems, but Tiny Tim wouldn't listen so therefore he died.
Damn, in the fucking weird side again...

Tiny Tim is an extraordinary musician.
Simply excellent. This man has a very funny side to him. Quite the comedian. Still though, like I've posted on other videos, he was more than that. I'm sure people will run into my comments about him. I've said it once, though, and I'll say it again. Tiny Tim was one hell of a legend and is just a kind, misunderstood soul. RIP Tiny! :)
this is amazing
LMFAO. This is the greatest thing I've ever seen in my entire life.
I hope this version of "do ya think i'm sexy" get's released on cd.
This is great!
I had no idea that such a thing could ever exist....I'm astounded :D
Love the interpretation!! So strange and funny!!
the best troubadour that the world had the pleasure to know, rest in peace...
I love that trumpet solo-thing!
I love Tiny Tim
I believe this video is pretty concrete proof that Tiny Tim did whatever the fuck he wanted to in the most awesome way possible.
I would take this over the original any day. Tiny Tim...I have nothing but man-love for you.
Great cover! I just didn't know this song was so good!
I really enjoyed this song.
best thing ever. omg. I knew one of his song from my childhood, recently got re-introduced with him, and omg the more songs I hear from him the more I really like it. bring it on mister, you be awesome.
Tiny rules - always!
I love Oompah versions of songs. Tiny Tim adds that extra eccentric dimension to this one and it's utterly fantastic.
This. Is. Fucking. Incredible.
Lol, I love this dude. ;D XD Wonderful sense of humor.
he's simply awesome :D
