@@evilwizerdyou’re validating religious people when you push back like that. Holy text says to share, and says that people will push back. They know when people push back they’re doing what they’re doing what they’re “supposed” to do, and they do it more from there. Essentially you’re encouraging it.

I don't really agree on think about "them" as NPCs, developing some kind of main character's perspective is not really good for being social creature in general. What I think that would be better is think about them as you realizing you are have some kind of interrelatedness with them in general; think about them as human as you are, and then keep do what you want without worrying it so this way would make you more confident without degrading others by your perspective.

I often think about how nearly everyone hated Mr Darcy in Pride and Prejudice until Elizabeth decides she likes him to spite another woman then everyone stops hating Mr Darcy. Most people will only have casual objections and when there isn't any substance they can change their minds for the most basic reasons. All of Jane Austen's work is really great because while it is considered romance the real thing that's going on is she's recording all of the things anyone could ever say behind your back. Once you know it all there isn't really much left to worry about.

Normality is a myth, everybody is strange and weird, but most people just hide it better. Some of us just get more uncomfortable doing it because we feel like we are selling ourselves and because we don't really know if we are doing the faking the right way (skill issue 🤨?). One of most complicated things for me in life is exactly that: how do I fit in without losing myself? The only way to find similar people is by being authentic. If you assume everyone is judgmental and evil you are not really that different from the image you have of them. It's like political extremism but your party is yourself and the enemy is the world.

PS: as for your last statement - I always say I don't have to be liked by people who don't even like themselves. People who are attacking you and judging you 100% don't have their shit together. People who are busy doing shit ain't got time to be talking shit. They're too focused on thriving to be interested! And you are 100% right, how you gonna let someone who doesn't even have their own ducks in a row dictate how you order yours? Then you become unfuckwithable. What can these people take from you? Nothing, because you know the true nature of the situation. You have your knowledge of self! The force of your own belief. "For my ally is the force, and a powerful ally it is."

I realised that for me it was not really about how others viewed me but how I view myself. It's sort of like I see myself through their gaze and that was the cause of the negativity. So at least I know what I need to work on now i guess.

well you are at that age when you feel you have all the time in the world. anyway get busy kid get busy, don't stay too much inside yourself and your own thoughts; sure they help you to give yourself some clarity about the world (your life context to be precise) and then make decisions about what, how or who to be, but it 's constant, your way of thinking will be different next year or in the next 10 years. the thing is, be aware of the possible consequences of your decisions, avoid the negatives ones if you can, it's not worth the pain experimenting those just because I think this or that about life around me and my own life.

Facts people follow eachother into doing terrible things because of group think. I will not live to the expectations of others that more often fall short of my own. Stay true to yourself everything else is transient

"Do what thou wilt" while it sounds good, its actually a Luciferian / Satanic mantra. Yes, we have free will and we can theoretically use it however we please, but we should do what God ✝ wants, not whatever we want. Following your temporary desires always leads to destruction. Following God leads to eternal life. ✝
