Journaling is a super powerful tool for processing trauma (either big or small stuff that bothers you in your life), write it down, preferably by hand, don't pay much attention for it to make perfect sense or have perfect grammar, it's for you only, go back to read it after a few days, you'll start noticing how you can deal with stuff much better, things don't affect you the same way and the "scar" starts getting smaller, seems like something very small and simply to do but trust me, it works. Hope this is helpful to whoever is reading.

Sometimes when I'm in nature, I often realize how unimportant our psychological problems are relative to everything that's happening. Like BAM look at that snail, look at them leaves on a tree, how can I be stressed looking at that magnificence. XD nature is what really helps me sit by myself with myself and process everything that's happened to me c:

Honestly the reason I run away from all of my feelings of shame and self pity is cuz then I can feel somewhat normal, or like a somewhat decent person…. Or a person at all. That may not make sense but it does to me. I think the best way to explain it is that there is basically nothing left of me other than the shame and self hatred that I feel and just not thinking about it and doing other things/basically running away doesn’t fill that hole that has consumed me, it has only covered it. Anyway I didn’t want to sound like an edgelord but I just kinda felt like typing this out which I’ll probably regret later too.

When I was going through the wringer with my now ex (💀). I got really frustrated and literally went for a run out of nowhere. Literally running away. I dont know where that even came from but its opened a can of worms about myself that I never really knew existed. I was dating her for 3 years and couldnt imagine what she might have felt when I did that. I know why I resorted to that now, and am working to combat it. I just wish I knew that part of me before it blew everything up 🙄

Coincidentally, I also struggled for a year two years ago. I was attending programs thinking they could fix me, and sure they helped but one day I realized I was using them to avoid thinking for myself. Lately I’ve made sacrifices to my comfort to prioritize money and building up my projects- I feel empowered, yet often fall short of that special feeling where everything is okay. It's the ultimate emotional irony that self acceptance is one of the hardest things for a person to do. It's so easy to waste time being caught in negativity, but it's so difficult to just accept your past and present. If you can just recognize that there's something weirdly comical about that dynamic, it makes it a lot easier to just be who you want to be.

I've been thinking about how common it became to hide oneself in our processes, especially in public spaces. It's almost like people dont allow themselves to see and feel the perfection within the imperfection and because people dont allow themselves to see it within, they tend to judge and repress their reflections, when they appear in the external. I feel this deep need of humanity to open up spaces where beings simply come together for sharing their heart again, their creativity, their feelings, even their thoughts, wherever they are at in their journey. Recreating a safespace as a team where our expressions can be free of censorship and where exploration is perceived and encouraged with gentleness and compassion. Places which are not based on someone trying to profit from people connecting, though places just for the sake of coming to gather and letting us mutually be present in our rhythms and flows. I think it is so brave and beautiful to bare us in our process, even if it's not "technically" as masterful as what people might be used to through the constant availability of everything in the internet. Though a painting, a song, an expression that is raw has so much to give, can be so deeply touching if we let it in, instead of being on the hunt for "what should be different" or "what could be better" based on whatever comparison. Growth occurs naturally, and what the judgeful eyes of someone's mind believe to be growth might be the complete opposite of what actually would be natural growth for the being in question. How can we let us go beyond these chain reactions of repression, neglection and denial? I feel there have been many attempts of transcending the illusion of separation through hyper-independence strategies, while the core experiences of our woundings lay in areas of "where the ego was in our way of relating and understanding." So I feel it is fundamental that we allow us the opposite experience and let us come out of our shells just where we are at in our process. Not only in isolation, but also in relation. What about "I love that you explore this part of you, of us!", instead of "You should be already like this!" or "You are only allowed to express this part of yourself, if you fulfill this condition/standard/demand" ? There is so much healing that can happen through allowing us to experience the opposite of the wounding, instead of reenforcing the wounding again and again through holding onto it so hard that all we see is the wounding and all that is born from it is defensiveness, protectionism and blame/shame games. Stream of consciousness over.😅

I have thought long and hard over this. Of course new joy and insight which move the heart do come, and are welcome. But there is no point bemoaning the initial zeal and love of twenty years ago-today we must deny ourselves and take up our cross and follow Christ, knowing that we are his, abiding in the vine, for if we abide in the vine, fruit will come, with or without a great amount of emotions.we have already looked at one major aspect of being fruitful will come but there are others. You cannot separate love from showing that love: and if you show that you are loving then you are in vine and you are going to bear fruit. These aspects are all bound up together. Thank you god bless you

Running form the pain made me unable to feel positive emotions too. Now I am learning that going through the situations or emotions you avoid is key to growth and to get to enjoy things again. It has been rough, but now I'm back to enjoying and feeling music like I could before. In some sense I found that I can tell how disconnected or connected I am with my feelings just by listening to music and observing if it makes me feel something or not

5:21 Fear coming from something which is past us sometimes symbolizes the grief of loss. It's as if we lost a part of the future, potential. Today's input: Well... I've also been through some shit about 2 years ago, just as almost everyone i know. I think cuarentine had us ALL f'd up, for sure. All that time at home i guess just... exploded. I had some trauma that, the worst i did, was drag it out for many, many months, and after that i kept thinking about it for many more, wich led to my life also stopping for like a year. ¿Why did i drag it out, and why many people that i know did too? Obssesion. Maybe they fell on love, maybe they just wanted friends, or forgot how a healthy relation with another human was, but in general, that's what happened to me and many people i know, we just obssesed over an idea, a person, or something like that to keep up enduring what happened to us for a while. I got up way after everything ended because i just kinda "got bored" of being sad. Mentally i started to be incapable to be THAT sad for THAT long, so once everything started to hurt less, i could look back in a more logical way, and saw all the mistakes i did, and all the ways these people made me wrong, so i decided to stop thinking about it, in many ways. I wanted to be someone my family would be proud of, someone my enemies would envy, or someone who was happy at least. And over time, another year of work, i got major breakthroughs recently this year, so i guess it paid off, but of course i could have done it better. So, uhh... Just try to think logically, please don't fall into any kind of obssesion, and follow your instincts. If something feels bad, it probably is.

I tell myself, “You can’t be ashamed of being human.” And I retreated into a victim-zombie for awhile because it seemed like everyone else had a swagger I didn’t. The reason people run is because ignorance is bliss if you don't see it it's not there you see but also admitting what type of person you really are isn't palatable most people don't really look at themselves like your old man he runs because he doesn't like what he's become he knows deep down what the score is no doubt his upbringing was unpleasant and he was feeling this way since he was a kid because that's where all these things take root from the moment we're born we're absorbing everything i agree one must face their troubles head on but it's important to know how to do that properly otherwise any changes made are only temporary

I had an insight a few months ago about this sort of thing. The insight was 'the challenge is always there'. I noticed that whether I'm at work, taking a shower, mowing the lawn... that thing I need to face is always there in my unconscious mind. My highest self is waiting for my consciousness to raise itself to engage with it. Always waiting, but never forcing. I became aware of it, and it's like the assurance of a parent, except it's you. Hard to explain, but... I love the way everything makes sense, the way reality works. Inner unconscious wisdom is a thing.

It's a spiritual journey. The unseen realm is really all around us.. In the end, it'll all come through crystal clear. Don't think too much about it. It comes slowly.. keep a separate journal only for these thoughts and prayers. When you look back, over a period of time, you'll start to see a pattern. It's subtle though... Staying calm quiet and relaxed. 👍
