What u doing now ?

When this video was released I was 34, a husband, father of a new born, struggling financially, living with my mother and father, addicted to cigarettes, alcohol and gambling, and depressed. I was at a serious crossroads. Then I discovered these Mulligan Brothers videos and it not only changed me, i believe they saved me. I joined the gym, 5x a week, lifting, quit the smokes and booze, isolated myself from friends, and focused on the goal of digging myself out. I got real and focused. Everyday at work, at the gym, at night before sleep, i listened to your videos on repeat. I hypnotised myself. In 2 years, my physique was no longer that of a weak, skinny man. 5 years later we just built our first house. It was torture mentally, physically and spiritually. It was tough. It will break you. You will lose sleep, friends and family won't understand. You must become obsessed with your goal. This was the video that started me on my journey. Thank you! Burn the boats. IT. IS. POSSIBLE.

Stop falling in love with BIG. Fall in love with the small, and the big will become attracted to you. Master the now. All big shots were once little shots that kept shooting.

i get made fun of/scoffed at for "trying too hard," for studying too much, for being obsessed with my line of work and my education. i'm told on a regular basis that i should relax, that i work too much. these videos inspire and motivate me to keep doing what i'm doing till i get where i want to be. in fact, ima go study before bed presently.

Well, all what you saying sounds very easy. How could you sleep if you are successful. Your comment here is just to shove your success on the throats of failure people. Not all failure people are the way they are because they choose to do so. So its easy to fight if you haven't been a failure for a while. How about being a failure for 12 years of your life where you also suffered addiction and severe depression. Try that for 12 years then come back to me. Not only you will not be able to concentrate at all but also the very easy tasks seems like climbing mountains. When killing yourself is a lot easier than almost everything. Good for you that you are capable to study where if i could study for 2 hours then i am the most happy person on the planet. Of course you do not need to listen to anybody negative, you already in your path so study and work more. But i didn't like the show off in your comment.

+Khaled Abdul How do you know Jessica had/has it always easy? She addresses a completely different issue than what you talk about. She's not showing off, it's true that you often get looked at as if you were mad when you try to be your best and put extra effort into things. Many people don't even try. All they do is try to bring others down with them.

everybody has a billion voices in there heads that tell them there not great, there nothing, you cant do this and you cant do that but there's that one voice that says you can. now you can either play it safe and listen to the billion voices or you can take a risk by listening to that one voice it can neither be failure or success my question is are you willing to take that risk?

Even if you’re tired guys ....push your body with your mind. I told myself that if I stay awake and keep doing my thing I will be stronger tomorrow. I now rarely sleep more than 5 hours and do the best with the rest of my day and can go to sleep fulfilled!

These videos motivate me to run miles and miles and miles on end without stopping

It's been rough because my own family doubts me and to be honest I almost gave up until one day I just decided this is what I'm gonna do, so I have been fighting every day to increase my forecasting abilities and also to get stronger and faster physically as well. I don't want to be rich, just fulfilled. Almost a year ago I had a stroke. In some ways, it may be the best thing to happen to me. I no longer have to work at a job that I don't enjoy at all. Everyday life is much harder, but I'm ok with that.
