Jag var på Stockholm i september och hade det jättetrevligt. Jag bodde på Scandic Grand Central på hörnet av Vasagatan/Kungsgatan. Jag älskade den här staden, utan tvivel den bästa platsen jag har besökt. Alla var väldigt vänliga och till och med pratade svenska med mig, ingen svarade mig på engelska, till skillnad från vad jag fick höra från alla innan jag reste dit. Jag önskar att jag kunde bo där men tyvärr sitter jag fast i England.

I started learning Swedish in hopes to attend some Swedish Metal music festivals! I live in the States, but all of my favorite music came from the Scandinavian region. My hope is to really one day relocate, but dreaming small for now!

my favourite part of visiting sweden is the food in stockholm and the public ice rink in Kungsträdgården in the winter

@@tombruckner2556 Hej hej!! I just found out my ancestors immigrated from Virserum which is in Smaland yes? I will be staying in stockholm for Christmas but would love to try to find where they lived in Virserum if I have time! 🤞

@@alisong6499 Yes, Virserum is actually not far from where I live. One of my friends has a house there. It's a lovely place, like all of Småland.

I visited Sweden in June for midsommar. We flew into Oslo, took a bus to Karlstad, rented a car, spent a few days in Värmland, then Dalarna, Västmanland, and then Stockholm. Our goal was to see the villages where my great-grandparents lived. We enjoyed midsommar in Ransäter where my mother’s line of ancestors had lived for many generations.

God i love our northern neighbors, as a German i visit Sweden regularly, one of the most beautiful countries around the globe 🇩🇪🇸🇪🇪🇺❤️

Swedish would have the most native speakers. Danish pronunciation is vastly different from Norwegian and Swedish, so even if Danish is fun and a cool language I wouldn't use that if your intention is to be able to communicate with Norwegians or Swedes. I'd suggest Norwegian or Swedish, and like I said, Swedish has more native speakers.
