💯 I do this but using an air bike. Instead of steady state of 4 minutes, i go 5 seconds sprint & 5 seconds coasting until my HR get to 90-95% then I go 5s sprint & 10s coasting until 4 mins up. If 10s is not enough, I can just add more to make it 15s, so it becomes 1:3 work to rest ratio. Using chest monitor to track my realtime HR, adjusting my coasting time to make sure I stay at 90-95% HR I feel that doing series of sprints & coasting is more fun and more similar to basketball where there's lots of starts/acceleration

@Yash_Minde you have to have a pretty large group of people. Get in 2 lines parallel to one another. Last 2 sprint to the front. When they get to the front, the next last 2 sprint to the front, so on and so forth. We used to do that for 3 to 5 miles.

No homo but practice edging and breath control also recognize when you’re getting too aroused and take a breather because that’ll make you finish quicker

As a wrestling strength coach, yes they're valid. Olympic champions, Hasan Yazdani and Abdulrashid Sadulaev do hill sprints. Just don't over do it, do it on an actual hill, and if you feel that it beats you up too much, do something else.
