I came into the comments to offer this constructive feedback also. The music is lovely and invigorating, but the levels are maybe 2x louder than I feel they need to be - I would prefer George's dulcet tones to be at the forefront of my waking experience 😂

Thankyou George, a wonderful program of movement to start the day and generate energy. Importantly, I love that you remind us to enjoy some silliness and playfulness, I now realize that this is usually absent in the 16 hours a week I train martial arts. Thank you so much for posting these, George! I have recently stumbled upon Daoism, and I've only see upsides so far. I've found myself being more calm, patient as to not worry where my live is going and just letting it go (especially as a teenager getting closer to graduating high school.) This is the first day of the 10 day challenge, but what would I do after? Might I continue this or is there more routines to try? Much love from Texas, US, and I wish you good health
