THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD, and I am not kidding! I am passing on the word to all my friends, family, co-workers. Recently, a couple of my co-worker came and shook my hand and thanked me for passing on the word. They were more than excited and have gotten rid of all the bad foods in their fridge. And now they are hooked, and, now they are now passing on the word to their families and friends. So, thank you Doc. for all the good information. Keep bringing the vids. And I am purchasing your book, too.

Ty Dr! Great info as always! I was speaking with a Nigerian today and she was saying how many of the fruits in USA makes her stomach hurt, and it doesn’t taste like the organic homegrown foods she eats in Nigeria! Too much GMO pesticides and poor soil makes for dis-eases and poor health! She also said the fish n meats smell like bleach whereas at home it’s so fresh! We need to do much better USDA, FDA etc! 😢

Wow that's something. It's so sad what state our food is in these days, even the "healthy" foods like fruits and veggies. Unfortunately, I don't think it will change significantly due to the US being so money hungry and big companies bribing legislation to allow them to keep doing what their doing.

Thanks Dr. for all you do to inspire us to live a healthier lifestyle. I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist. When I attended school, I was amazed to learn about the correlation between oral health and overall health, so I recommend to every patient I see to use a waterpik and a motorized toothbrush to help prevent and/or treat gum disease at home. Also, on a side note, gum disease is a transmissible disease-watch who you’re kissing people!!! And I hope you don’t mind but I like your analogy of butt wiping and flossing, I’m going to start using that one at work😂

I used to do oil pulling but stopped because it became a chore walking around with it in my mouth for so long. Now, it actually made my teeth feel and look better but knowing that I only need 2-3 minutes for the same effects is game changing. Also, I carry around flossers in my purse to floss right after I eat and it drives my husband crazy!! He flosses but feels it’s a “private thing”. So, next time, I’m gonna tell him “Chill, this is the same as wiping between my butt cheeks!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 JK…kinda

Before corona i had what felt like bronchitis for the first time at what i thought was the healthiest point in my life. I was doing one handed pushups ans gained 30 ibs of muscle but i was eating 4k cals a day to gain weight. Too much wheat meat, dairy, just turned to mucus the moment i got sick working in the rain one day. I made changes and oddly was unaffected by coronoa. My girl had it from kids and i nursed her in a week with lemon ginger honey, sleep, and vegetable soups. Pawt two years have made me almost a germaphobe if not more aware to the point im almost a fruitanarian habitally who only drinks water. Very watchful of extra ingredients and lab names on what i buy. Cant even trust most canned cocunut milk even. It is worth it. Highly respect what you do.

I never had bleeding or a tooth ache but Im sure these fillers are affecting my health. If you have kids make sure they don’t get cavities,it could lead to different health problems later on. None of my three ever had cavities because I limited their sugar intake. Cheerios was their cereal for the first 10 years. Brushing day and night is a must. Kids are clever and can get their hands on sugary treats, that’s how I got two cavities. You are such a help . Appreciate you!

Dr. Bobby, As usual I am so Thankful for your information. It has literally changed my life. I always said it is so expensive to be sick so I decided to treat my body better to stay out of the hospital and away from all that prescribed medication that has more side effects than the original diagnosis. Your tooth brush analogy is to funny. Stay Blessed. ❤
