imagine this now. my job requers me to work in two shifts, changing weekly, so one week i work from 6am - 2pm, and then next week from 2pm - 10pm. and add to that time that u need to get to work and how hard job is.. can u imagine how much this is doing damage to my sleep order and my body and whole system. and yet u can hear something about how much sleep is needed only from podcast like this.
I did this with him over a year ago without the push-ups and I had to push threw it to get to 25 and I literally felt high and didn’t have to take a breathe for almost two minutes
I heard a story of a lady that lived to be 120 I believe and she slept for four days and did not eat on those days and then she ate and stayed awake for three days of the week… I have stayed awake for three days and I can tell you i was almost cross eyed and nodding off

My vision is to get funded to open a beveled edged glass pyramid solar powered solarium transformation center for recreation greenhouse, restaurant, yoga room, salon, gym, wardrobe room, aromatherapy room, nap room, art class room, music instrument class room meditation room, infant care room with beds for moms to nurse their babies to sleep and get a beeper to take with them to go get service and be informed of the infant wakes up,toddler room, elementary room, teen express room with paint, imstruments, computers, open Mike, dance floor, free to paint on walls , elederly room tutors, computers, books, tables chairs, “The Highway to Health Restaurant” with a drive through window and greenhouse entry way . Ten professionals in every room, glass pyramid roof , everyone working under natural light…

@@georgetebeck7331 I don’t know if wim caused brain damage over time. Either do you unfortunately. I’d do daily but Ive ready evidence against it. It’s very possibly it has benefits in one way and causes harm in another.
