    Spectaculos series of videos about nutrition. Lewis PLS try to launch this question to your specialised quests i see no one is adressing clearly. On a historical point of view we rarely were eating more than one type of protein on one meal. Mixing more proteins at one meal (egg, meat, fish etc) is it ok? Is it more healthy to eat them separate?

    Wow. Fun way to learn! What oils would you recommend to cook with (top 3 please) I tend to get overwhelmed thinking I should use olive oil but high heat/low heat/blah blah blah and coconut oil is supposed to be so good for us....I still reach for the vegetable oil because I am truly not sure what oils I should use. I bake, saute shrimp/fish, and marinate veggies...Thanks!!

    It has very interessting and for sure true points! But one thing Dave said made me laugh heartily. Or at least I understood: "...that when everyone would be vegan...we don't have domesticated animals anymore to fertilize the soil for vegetable nothing would grow anymore..." He seems to forget, that we all are meals that poop that could be used as fertilizer if it wouldn't be that full of antibiotics etc.. don't get me wrong I am not vegan because I am constantly hungry whatever I eat, but I believe less meat and animal products eaten by everyone would make a difference ...

    So plants create defense mechanisms that want you to eat them more? And also if we didn't eat animals they'd be extinct? Lmao. Some of this stuff this guy is saying is very good information and I enjoy learning from him but he sounds like he has a personal grudge with vegans, especially after he said the comment about them cursing all the time. Personally I have been plant based for 5+ years and I believe it's the best diet. I feel energized and never feel super hungry. I also fast as well. You have to take the correct vitamins like B12 etc etc. It's not for everyone. I have done extensive research on the plant based diet and it sounds like he's spreading misinformation.

    I think we just need to agree that people are different and some do very well on vegan and some do well on carnivore. I personally feel that both of these are too extreme and we should just eat that way our grand or great grandparents did (fresh whole foods - both plants and animals).

  • @bcbro142

    @bcbro142

    Жыл бұрын

    @@chriswhitehouse8982 I agree to some extent but that's because our ancestors did not have processed poisonous food! And yes if everybody just hunted their own meat and killed their own chickens like our ancestors did we wouldn't have all the health problems! I am plant based veganism is a bit too extreme in my opinion but they have every right to do that if they want! It's a bit unrealistic to never wear leather or never have anything from an animal because we are literally made up of bugs in our bodies and most vehicles have leather in them it's just very hard to live that life! I have a problem with meat eaters that eat at McDonald's and have factory farmed foods! That's what's causing our planet to become toxic!
