    I appreciate you for sharing that. Learning how to "humanize" your fitness and nutrition to allow for real world situations like the holidays is critical for long term success.     I use the Salad-Pizza cheat a different way, have since 1983. I put a salad on top of my single serving pizza. I get both at once. You shared some very good advice. It can become a learned behavior.

    Excellent strategies,I use a few of these myself. Also have tried drinking a protein shake in the morning of the holiday , work out, eat and and enjoy the holiday meal the Have another protein shake at the end of the day.

    Addicts get thrown off by this Lee. People who are as dedicatated as you but may have addictive personalities, alcohol issues, drug issues, mental health issues(broad spectrum) suicidal,lonliness. Poverty, adha. Ocd, anxiety range...etc
