This is how I cured my Forno Bravo wood fired pizza oven.
Day 1: 300 F
Day 2: 350 F
Day 3: 400fF
Day 4: 450 F
Day 5: 500 F
Must maintain the target temperature for a minimum of 6 hours each day, I tried to achieve 10-12 each day.

Thank you for making this video. I got a 56” pizza Forno bravo. what would be the ratio for how much should use to make my first fires? I have madrone, redwood and bay leaves wood. in your opinion which would be best to use on my oven?
