I agree tho it’s funny you do this for yourself and when you ex fails to recognize your growth, your realize it is simply a reflection on him and his own inability/lethargy to grow himself. He was amazing 40 electrical engineer we practically have everything in common even our b-day is 5 days apart. Talk everyday dates three days of every week for three months. One month he was in Malaysia in business. I mean I thought at first he was insecure because of his man parts. Because when I saw it my first thought was “ where’s the rest of it? “ 🤭😂 I gave it a little encouragement, and what do you know...!!! Great conversation, great chemistry, decent sex ok no problem. Two weeks before new year as we are hitting the 4 month mark he start acting weird. Long story short he said Sasha I really like you we have heart chemistry, I love the way we are with each other but after 4 months I should be falling in love with you but I’m not, it’s bothering me to say this because I really really don’t want to loose our friendship. 😱 I said ok I respect your decision, good luck. Its crazy how this video came out 2 days before my breakup, lol.

honestly think mine left me out of self sabotage...our relationship was crazy and we fought a lot, i tried to leave multiple times but he would beg and plead. once i started really working on myself and started talking things through instead of fighting, he began telling me stuff like "i think im truly falling for you", "ive just realised how in love with you i am", etc. a WEEK after he started telling me all this stuff he left me, then got back with me the same day and then left me AGAIN (for good) a week after... so my best guess was self sabotage...maybe he only felt like he could stay with me when things were bad because he didnt feel like he was deserving of a good relationship :/

i broke up with my boyfriend because he neglected me, ignored me, never initiated anything....took me for granted in all ways. i am in no contact right now and i feel that this time and space.....will help him realize how he treated me and how much he loves me. I'll be honest, I chased him called him all the time, and at later on.....I stopped....I only texted once a day....then every other day, then it went to me not contacting for days.....i thought that would help but he was expecting me to always reach out. Now, I dont contact him at all. We had a 'good' break-up, for as far that's possible with a break-up. It was dramatic, in the sense that is was so sad for both parties, but no arguments. He basically was just in a quarterlife crisis, lol. I reached out in october, after 4 months of NC. I honestly wanted to know how he was doing. He was receptive, we had a casual and nice conversation, he told me more about him than I was expecting he would. Then, all of a sudden, he stopped answering me (I asked a simple question, something about his health), and that was it. I didn't understand, but I left it like that. I saw him a few weeks ago unplanned, we crossed paths at a bar. We were forced to sit together with a mutual friend of us. I was with a friend of mine, who he started talking with. I listened, joined the conversation a bit but that was it. He hasn't reached out to me once. In a month it will be his birthday. I used to make the most extreme and creative presents for him. This year, I won't even say a word I decided. I feel like there is nothing left for me to say to him at this point. He only gives me silence, for whatever reason that may be. Somehow I find it rude that a person can't even ask once, out of his own intention, how I am doing, after 5 years of being together (and not to mention after all the shit I've done for him while he had times of depression and isolation). Always been his best friend. But if that's how it's gonna be, that's how it's gonna be. I'm not forcing my way into someone's life. I'm still sad, but the pain will fade. I sincerely want to know how he is really doing, and how he is really feeling now, but I am not going to ask. There are so many questions I have, many things I am wondering about, but actions will always speak louder than words, and as long as I don't hear a beep from him... I guess that will say enough.

Since the breakup I’ve made many changes to life for the better. I volunteer, I’ve lost a lot of weight that I gained during the relationship, I’ve been able to hold onto one of the best job opportunities that I’ve ever had and I go out and enjoy myself a lot more than I used too. My ex girlfriend made a better person such as having more energy, being more happy than I was before I met her, hearing her sweet voice when I wake up and before I go to bed, having her calming presence around me, knowing that I have a wonderful and thoughtful girlfriend, just being happy when I’m with her. I, personally, just wish my ex would miss me with the much time and space needed and then would think about coming back. I would have to make a lot of changes to myself and ask her to do the same, and watch these videos in the process over and over:

I’ve been in the same situation. My husband left me and our 1 year old daughter. After 8 months of no contact. Except something about our daughter. He reached out again and initiated that he want to come back in my life. Then after few weeks later we had a small misunderstanding but for him it’s like his done. He said he hated me and doesn’t like my attitude( because I always check on him and asking him when he can give time for us) his always busy and never get time to spend quality time with family. When he come back to me he said he realize he still love me and want our family back but again he did the same thing like before running away from the situation we’re in rather than resolving the issue between us and our marriage. I’m tired of this back and forth. I felt his making fun of my emotions and his like treating me like a toy. 😔 I do love him and I have forgiven him but as of now he never talk to me even i don’t reach out to him now. Yes I'm her first lesbian relationship, but there was no motive on my part to pretend to feel this love with both had for each other. It was a mutual feeling of comfort, I couldn't control my anxiety or understand why I was sabotaging the love of my life. She never had a great upbringing either so her attachment style is avoidance and mines more abandonment/ seperation anxiety yes coming from my childhood and other traumas along the lifespan.

12 weeks no contact and she finally phoned me. My heart was beating out of my chest. She brushed over meeting up three times now and she still keeps reaching out. I believe she thinks we can just be friends but unsure as I did make it clear before we went no contact that friends wasn't an option . Any advice where to go from here?

@@azazel3944 thanks for your reply. Only thing is I don't know that for certain, the only reason why I think that is because she is brushing over meeting up. But must be a reason she is reaching out.

Set a date, flirt and see where it goes. If you really think she just wanna be friends after you met, just tell her that you want more than a friend

If you have asked her 2 different times about meeting up and she refuses, I wouldn't bring it up again. Let her suggest meeting up. If you keep mentioning it you start to look needy and weak. I would simply go back into no contact then if she knows you aren't interested in being friends...

Tell her you're not interested in being friends with her but if she's open to a date or casually hanging out/hooking up/having fun then do it. If she can't agree to those terms - walk away and block and go NC.

After two weeks separated, we had a very touching conversation where the ex told me how much he appreciated all that I did for him. The last message was how he wants me to be happy and move on. Then told me he did and still does love me for everything I am (first time saying I love you). Thank you for helping me see the psychology behind the avoidant and the need for time and space. I can see he appreciates me, but still isnt ready for a healthy, committed relationship.

@@Wifeyytalks yes, about a month after that message we started talking again. We are back together and definitely a more secure connection now! He acknowledged how proud of me he was for all my growth and how jealous he was seeing me continue my life without him.

My guy was on a dating app and talking to a lot of girls so after 2.5 yrs he said loves me but cannot committ anymore. He sees my ig stories and still didn't remove our pics. I really love him. Hi bro. I've been on your shoes also. My ex uses break up as a tool to shut me up every time we argue on small things. It's a manipulative behavior. It's a toxic kind of relationship and Craig helped me to realized that. Better look for a good partner who knows how to handle a relationship in a mature way.

If she walks away once then evaluate and if she comes back make a decision. Twice then you need to seriously consider your situation and whether it's healthy. Three times well just don't go there. They are/were playing with you. And even if in their mind they're not trust me man up strap up your heart and move on to someone who gives you what you clearly want and looking for. Im afraid its all over for good ! 15 year marriage down the whole . My ex is so done and over me . One year since seperation and the divorce already finalyzed . Shes so happy with her decision . I met someone , he pulled away , then i made no contact , so he got back too strong after 2 weeks , i thought he was just trying to take advantage of me , so i rejected him as strong as he came. after i realized it wasnt really the case, after working on the fears in my head. @@andrice2598 a thousand times I told him a day amd a half is not enough for me. He seems to fit me in where he can. His love language towards me is acts of service. He helps with big projects. He says that how he shows love. But my love language is physical touch. I explained that to him but he doesn't get it. I'm frustrated

I dont think his life has gone the way he'd hoped it would go since he left, a couple of friends of mine have seen him staggering about in the street like hes drunk and hes flithy and dressed like a tramp and doesnt look after himself..

But it's been 3 weeks NC already and nothing. And we did really care about each other. I think they're not bothered anymore, as it's been so long :(

@@gew977 thanks. I guess I would prefer them to make an effort while I'm still interested, but it obviously doesn't work that way. I know I would have moved on by then. And it also shows u how little u meant to them to leave it such a long time. That probably coincides with how little they cared in order to put u through the anguish of leaving u in the first place. If they can walk, let them walk. U have ur own path, and they're not interested in being on that with u.

Hi coaches. Love your videos and they’ve helped me so much. My husband has text asking for a divorce. I eventually responded once I’d got over the shock that he would text that as he hates that sort of thing. Anyway he’s agreed to meet up to discuss divorce. Any advice would be greatly appreciate it and how I’m best to handle this when I do meet up with him. He seems resentful and avoids seeing me etc. I’ve been very self disciplined...after some pleading and then left him to it and gave him space. Please help ❤️
