What times are you playing? And what servers are you on. It's not super common to get people who use their mics but I've had quite a bit, but it always depends on how new the season is and the time of day. On the weekends I get the most of them usually, but during the begininning of the season I got many games that had all 4 of my teammates comming in VC. I think that's probably because of the rank reset though...

QP still has some kind of invisible matchmaking behind it. The game might have noticed that your friend is performing in a masters level so the qp matches take in some masters level enemies. And if you're silverish there may be an enemy that is also in your current skill level.

(lucky number seven) xDD this has happened to me in other overwatch channels too, for eg, in noobhunter, when there was a clip showing battlenet update mid game, it alt tabing ppl out of the game, and many viewers said they also had this issue. so i just commented that you can check an option in battlenet settings, where it says quit battlenet app completely when a game is launched. idk y it got flagged tho, maybe cause it solves like engagement farming clips..?? xDD anywho.. lucky number seven!!!!!!!!!!! ^^
