Thank you, I'm new at meditating and 30 minutes feels long to me :-) I guess that's what happen when you start with 10 minutes. Your book has been a game changer for me, I was so confused about the techniques before!

Such a wonderful meditation. Does anyone else have trouble keeping their eyes open for this? The deep relaxation mixed with the unfocused gaze seems to make them keep closing. I feel like I get much deeper into the meditation with them open, but I need to keep opening my eyes.

Thank you Michael. I'm really finding this very helpful in learning to relax and just let the thinking do it's thing, and not follow it. I have a question about how to carry this stabilty into my life after these wonderful meditations? Do you have any talks about this? Thank you again!

That can happen sometimes. Make sure you're still wide awake though!
