I'm sorry but if your boyfriend or girlfriend hates your pet, dump them. They should be able to love every part of you, and your pet is a big part of your life. You are an even bigger part of your pet's life; you are all they have. Treat them right. They don't have anyone else to look to.

Lots of people are expressing how they wish this story had a happy ending, but that’s the point. If a happy ending was put on this story, that would pretty much kill what the video is about. Abandoning your pet can have awful consequences, as shown in this video. It wouldn’t have the same effect if it showed the dog being rescued.

This was likely what the previous owners did to my cat. He was found alone, extremely underweight, sick, and filthy. As reference, you could cup your hands around the body of this adult cat and he was yellow with filth, while he is completely snow white in reality. Poor baby was so trusting to people and slept on our doorstep. We took him in and it took around 8 months of constant vet appointments to get him healthy.

I've just woke up after dreaming an abandon beagle dog . In my dream he was telling me his story while i was feeding him . I asked him that ' you don't look like a street dog ' . He said with tearful eyes " My owner left me when i tried to protect his home alone baby from a street dog the baby was scared and was crying but when the owner came he punched me very hard on my face and from that day i am a homeless dog . The most heartbreaking words he said were " i am tired of this world , i want to live very less in this meanful society "😢. Then i suddenly woke up with tears in my eyes and firstly , i searched for this video . ( Still i am crying to watch this video.plz like my comment so whenever i get notified , i would read my comment again and never forget this dream )

I had a dog named Wags and my mom's ex dropped him off somewhere because he bit him. What makes it worse is that he was holding him by his neck, so I don't see why Wags wouldn't bite him. Also Wags wasn't even his dog, it was my dad's dog. My dad doesn't live with us anymore and we were supposed to care for Wags... This all happened around 6 years ago..

True like my mother bought a dog but as time goes by our dog is basically neglected and everytime I get mad for not letting our dog in the house I would be told it's just a dog even though she's a shih tzu a dog that is supposed to be in homes not outside, and I can't do anything about the situation I'm not that affectionate so I can't look over our dog and I don't know what to do anymore but I'm very busy with school and just mental health in general I try my best to brought this up to my parents but all they do is tell me they are too busy which infuriates me a lot like just re-home our dog and I hate it like everytime our dog gets close to my mother she doesn't want the dog near her at all she also expects me to take care of the dog but the things is I can't even look over our fish who all died one by one of even my plant so no don't expect anything from me. Anyways this is getting too long bottom line our dogs need a new home because my family has a lot of issues to deal with to take care of a dog.

This painfully reminded me of my own dog. Miniature Australian Shepherd, I adopted him when he was 3 years old. Though he was surrendered to a shelter instead of abandoned outside, we weren't told much about his previous living situation except that he was raised by an elderly couple who thought taking care of him was too much work. He has very intense separation anxiety now and always needs to have some kind of physical reassurance that I'm there with him, like he's terrified of being abandoned again. I can't help but picture all those weeks he spent alone in a shelter pen, discarded by the two people he loved more than anything. Of course I don't know the full situation of that elderly couple, but sometimes I can't help but resent them for doing something so callous to such a good boy...

the sad thing is that this is so true millions of pets get abandoned every day through out the country buying a pet is a commitment a lifetime one and a pet is not a toy they are your best friends and companions treat them well and they will give you a lifetime of love🙂

I had a street dog for 8 years,when he was just 5 years he met with an accident & lost the ability to walk. Past 3 years I looked after him like a baby, I have to face many difficulties. But I never giveup, I looked after him till his last breath. I lost him before 2 months 💔😔. But after watching this video I feel so happy,though I have to face so may difficulties I was with him until the very end ❤

Too many people abandon their cats by throwing/tossing them into my yard. I can't believe that they could be so heartless as one I took in a 2 week old sliver bengal kitten who had been tossed in my backyard like he was trash... I got him healthy and found him a forever home. In fact, most of my beloved cats are pets that people abandoned in my yard because they couldn't care for them, and apparently were too heartless to try and find them new homes. Our newest cat additions to our family is a black tuxedo cat named Sebastian, a flame point siamese cat named Castiel and his sister, a calico with heterochromia named (her right is light blue and her left is golden yellow.) Calypso. My family only have 9 cats now (it was 10 but my mom's cat passed away on Tuesday) and my family used to have more then that, but I found new homes for 8 of them as we couldn't care for all of them. Despite this, my best friend's mom called me an cat hoarder! My cats are well cared for and never have mange or matted fur from not being cared for. Cat hoarders often don't care for their cats and have more animals then they can handle. And this insult was coming from a woman who has like 30 chickens, 7 ducks, 1 goose, 70 pigeons and 6 dogs, so I ask you who is really the animal hoarder? I was just wondering about everyone's opinon on her.

I started crying and I'm still crying right now. I hate it when people abandon their animals. I love animals a lot. When people r so self centered that they would just leave there dog somewhere to get eaten by something bigger, hit by a car, starved or anything that is just cruel.

I found a lost kitty who is in a foster family, But the kitty's family abandoned the kitty and I would love to visit the kitty in the dump,maybe one day even adopt that kitty. now I adopted the kitty and her name was Arila.

My BFF neighbours had a dog soon the neighbours went on a “vacation “ and left the dog on a leash UNDER THE CAR soon he heard whining at night he found the dog and he had a cat already but he raised the dog with is parents and at the end both cat and dog and kid became best of friends

People act like animals don't matter and abandon or threat them. Just because they can't talk that doesn't mean they can't feel pain. It's just wrong and that should be changed. Nobody would want to be treated like that.

As a dog owner, this is really harsh to take in. All the poor dog wanted was to be noticed and got abandoned. I couldn't even eat the dang food. Harsh.

this is so sad, i can't see myself abandoning my dog, I'm too attached to him, and he's super clingy, he never leaves me alone, and that's what I love about dogs. their loyalty is just sweet, who needs a girlfriend if you have a loyal friend who will never leave you

Not to worry, people. I FOUND this dog and took him home. Gave him a bath, a haircut, some warm food - big bowl of water and a soft bed near the hot water tank. After about a week he started snoozing with me on the couch. Don't thank me or call me a hero. I'm just a human being unlike that bastard that left him all alone.

I usually don't care for stuff like this but the dogs face is so cute I can't stand this

if he abandoned his dog that easily, then imagine how abandoning his wife/baby would look like.

i JUST CRIED. I cant think about persons that do this. they don't have feelings, heart or happiness in their lives. I have a beagle ( The same dog as in the video) And this just made me cry. I would never abandon her. It's so cruel.
