I do think that ten hag would do a better job with these youngsters than pochettino, he did play better with ajax (financially worse team, with alot of youngsters too!!)

Apart from Sheffield United, Chelsea are the worst coached team in the Premier League. The defence has no shape and the forwards only score through individual talent. Compare the structure of Wolves to Chelsea when they both recently played against Arsenal. Who looked more organized?

Hard for me to judge Poch when he has a team filled with guys who would be lucky to be benchwarmers for Chelsea under normal circumstances. Crazy how many "bad" players Chelsea dropped and they are thriving elsewhere now. Kovacic is doing great, Havertz is doing great after a slow start, Pulisic is crushing it at Milan, Timo is playing really well, Mount is.... nvm on Mount but you get the point. They had good players and they ran them out, now I feel like they have a good manager and they are about to run him out for possibly the worst starting lineup of any team in the PL currently. Cole Palmer can stay. All of the rest of them are either on thin ice or need to go immediately with how they have played this season.

Chelsea needs to start from scratch. Defensive consistency first. Without that foundation, everyone is too nervous during transition and attacking phases, leading to ultra-safe, predictable play.

I dont think the manager is the issue, their owner purchased a bunch of random players well over market price as well for whatever reason and expects the team to perform as a cohesive unit in the the prem

Just some free advice to those high paid Chelsea "recruiters" - spend a little time, do some research and find some established experienced players(+29) on every line with winning ambitious and expiring contracts for free or a just for a small amount. Sign with just 1-2 years contracts. This could help some of these youngsters to not degrade and lose their potential under such pressure and perhaps even to develop.

The only defense we can give Pochettino is the amount of Injuries to key players Chelsea has at the moment. That being said after 33 plus games can anyone see any different systems be implemented or just one way of play every game no matter who are the opposition. Let's talk today's game Arsenal has been in good form this season and after they lost to Villa everyone knows they will be coming into this game against their biggest rivals in attack mode yet Pochettino decided to bench two of our most experienced defenders Silva and Chalobah not saying we would of win but we wouldn't of been embarrassed like we did today. Not take anything away from Arsenal but after 33 plus games in Charge the manner in which Arsenal walk through Chelsea with ease this late in the season after almost beating them in our first encounter shows that tactically under Pochettino Chelsea have not improve. Under Pochettino Tottenham played good football at times but won no major trophies with much better players than Chelsea current players. Chelsea has won major trophies with managers who came in at mid season Pochettino has had a pre season and 33 plus in all competitions and still we can't see any tactical pattern of play from Chelsea especially from a Manager who has experience Managing in the Premier League. Pochettino maybe good with managing Young players but is he good enough to manage them to win trophies is the major question because that is what Chelsea are about winning trophies many season Chelsea wear terrible in the League but still manage to win trophies Let's hope and pray the rebuilding process don't take 19 years like Arsenal to win a major trophy because that will be unacceptable at Chelsea Football Club .

Not hard to expect such a result. Arsenal FC was playing a League 2 side! Players were poor all across the field. Even if you don't have your star player, Palmer, at least set up to defend and get a draw. Head coach and his staff (Conference league level) are not experienced or good enough to work out good strategy to play for a draw! Chelsea does not only need to hire a new manager but has to remove a lot of the management within the organization. Chelsea sold all the experienced players and bought these in experienced young talented players. None of them are fit for Chelsea first team except Cole Palmer. Few of the current players will qualify for a team B or reserve players. Boelhly and Co must accept that they have totally failed unless they are in to gain just profit in the years ahead without keeping prestige of the club as well. Probably, their intentions are to sell the players in the coming years for more profit. This is totally a disgrace. They have really disrespected all Chelsea fans.
