The funny thing is once you establish mind muscle connection and the feeling you get while training and the way your muscle feels the next day you just know what works 80% and what works 60 % because seriously every exercise works some 20% precision more than the other!

I love you content. My issue is that I had a reverse shoulder replacement, due to a torn rotator cuff while lifting, that was so badly torn, it could be repaired. I do have some limitations with the reverse shoulder. Can lighter weights with this limitation still build the chest?

When I was in high school a buddy took some top mixed martial art course with several kinds of martial arts where he learned you couldn't be pushed over with the side of your foot pivoting on the ground. I used it and even pushed him, it does work. I imagine your back foot like you said giving you more leverage, there really is a science behind it. If your angle is forward, then your on your tip toes, the surface area is smaller of the back foot's pivotal point, except like any lever in order to be pushed back, that push would have to be able to push over the entire weight of your body instead while you still have more room to lean forward if you have to. There's not a way to do that with your foot flat until something is already pushing you over and there's not a balanced center of gravity anymore then.

So you're saying that no matter if you're going from high to low in the middle or from below it does your entire chest. When it make more sense to put them up high and then you get to be even in a more angle towards the ground chest towards the ground so you can use more of your body weight so it doesn't put you back as much?
