WBC/Sauliman IS definitely doing the wrong thing, and he needs to hear about it from the fans and the fighters. He is not bigger than boxing, and neither is WBC.

The WBC (WE BACK CANELO) is doing this to get back at Bivol , for Canelo's sake, like you said, there just using politics as a way to cover it up and trying to block the Undisputed Bivol/Beterbiev fight from happening in the near future.

They're depriving us of a great Russian showdown.

Beterbiev vs. Bivol is a fight for indisputed WBC should let them soon.

I agree, it is despicable trying to bring politics into boxing. I am willing to bet someone asked the WBC to make this despicable move. I wonder if any of the Ukrainian fighter/s requested/demanded that the WBC take this action. Not pointing any fingers, but we do know that one particular Ukraine fighter loves to complain!
