There is no real power these order goes in vain and nothing happend on ground court can only pass the order it is on executive to implement them or comply them and howsoever judge say that I will suspend u ultimetly he can only request upsc to suspend it is on upsc to decide not judiciary judiciary can't take any action on these officers that's why things like these happen like organized crime what judge has highlighted

Sir, There must be separate courts for the Conduct of the Executive Authorities to try cases of Citizens Versus Administration. It must be a part of the Court System and not that of the Tribunals. The Govt may need to amend the Constitution to make the Bureaucracy more responsive.

One of the most honourable instance of being indian is that the judiciary is completely independent of and undissolvable by any ministry. A great pillar of such a political infrastructure is liable to be cognised. But nevertheless it's a question why it's not applicable to the mere law makers - the MPs,MLAs, MRSs, while we see corrupt officials being treated the way for the breach of law, we also encounter political leaders like WFI chief Brijbhushan Singh with no proper investigation/internal inquiry even after Supreme Court's jurisdiction holding over a very unclear probe, secondly there's is amendment that administrators cannot have a pre-approved allegations as a basic eligibility while it's also the law that you can be a part of legislature even after murdering someone, in fact there is no single PIL on the fact that 46% of the MPs have clear probes and charges while 29% are having serious charges of rape and murder,

Judge sahab jaise logo ki vajha se hi sahi aur acchai bachi Hui hai. Judge sahab sach Mai bahot accha kaam kar rahe hain, varna sab bhul chuke Hain ki sahi karna zaruri hai. Judge sahab ko ishwar khoon tarraki aur accha jeevan dein.
