either you appear SJSC Or practice 7 years in any court & give exam of DJ.... you'll be promoted to high court judge in 10 years or so. SJSC judges cannot never be a high court judge in their life time.

Before making such an irresponsible statement alleging the Judicial System, advice you to first observe, understand and analyse the Judicial Administration, Court Procedures, and the root cause for pendencies. I admit that judiciary needs reformation but the allegation you made over a Judge is nowhere near the fact. A Judge is bound in a very strict line of discipline and duty and is monitored by the Hon'ble High Court and Supreme Court very closely. There may be exceptions undoubtedly but the whole class of the Judicial Officers is still far more efficient, hardworking and honest than any other Service except the Defence Services.

Yes not even judges themselves. I remember in one of the states in india speaker of that government ordered arrest and summoning of two high court judge in state assembly because the speaker accused the high court of interfering in the matter of executive. I read this matter a long ago so if you want to know about it then just Google it.

See the irony is the judiciary and its stakeholders thinks that they are above the executive 😂😂😂which is foolishness and vice versa for the executive both the same importance...

At least seven years of litigating practice are required. After clearing the HJS exam, ten years of practice in a subordinate court under the Judicial Service of the State is necessary to be eligible for nomination as a High Court Judge. Then after consultation with the chief justice of High court and the governor of the state, high court judges are appointed.. It 1000 times harder than to become IAS or IPS. For that we have only 23,790 judges in all over India. Among of them only 1,079 judges are High court judge.

These IAS officers are rude and careless while dealing with public. They must be punished.
