The Lab LDN is Mixmag and Coors Light's weekly live stream, powered by Void Acoustics, where we showcase the finest DJs direct from our world famous office party.
This Friday we have UK bass mainstay Djrum taking control.

First arriving onto the scene in 2010 with a beautifully deep dubstep EP on Smokin’ Sessions, Djrum has since built up a first-rate discography of UK-indebted releases across labels such as 2nd Drop, Ilian Tape and R&S, melding dubstep, garage, techno and dub into powerful club cuts.
This year he’ll release his second full-length record via R&S, after debuting on the label last year with the 'Broken Glass Arch' EP.
His DJ sets are packed with thrills, whether he’s rolling out pacey club constructions, sparkling ambient, rowdy drum ‘n’ bass, spiky techno or all manner of other genres. This year you can catch him at some of dance music’s finest parties, including Freerotation, Waking Life festival, Berghain’s Säule room, and The Lab LDN.

This man is the most complete producer iv ever heard. His DJ sets are the most in depth beautifully crafted pieces of work you'll ever hear. A genuine musical hero of mine.
This guy and Ilian Tape crew is the now and future of crossing the lines of Techno and broken beat at all bpms. This is THE SOUND.

Why all the downrates on this? One of the most talented, interesting and versatile DJ's out there, without a doubt. If you've actually tried to mix vinyl, let alone moving between tempo and genres, you'll realise how immensely difficult it is. Playing the latest house tracks on CDJ's is easy, this is real skill

@@TiamatSorakaSolotop Well, i don't think so. Maybe for us that's true, but i think that between 2000 and 2014/2015 it disappeared from the radar. Then, thanks to a new generation of producers and new (and old) labels it got back. Sometimes in an evoluted form (Samurai Music, Cylon Recordings, Metalheadz [well they never stopped], sometimes in old school fashion (check latest ASC's release). Or maybe I'm wrong and I'm sleeping on a sea of jungle :). If that's the case, and I hope so, please tell me which labels and artists I missed. Sorry for the grammatical errors I'm not an English speaker. Long live to Jungle!
