DJI Mini 4 Pro - Range test on 500m altitude (FCC)

In this video i’ll do a range test on FCC modus with the DJI Mini 4 Pro on a 500m altitude. As you can see in the video the battery lasted not long enough as the drone returned to home before I lost signal. Still 4.2 KM is a good result.
Will try it one more time when there is less wind energy thus less energy from the battery needed.

I think you misunderstood my comment or question. 400Ft is the limit in the usa, are you flying this in the usa?

120 meters is max flight altidude for drones in EU (Europe) and max distance from pilot is within visual line of sight. If you have the correct comercial drone pilot certificate that allows you to fly beond visual line of sight and have the correct permissions from airspace traffic control you may be allowed to fly like this. If not you are dangerous and will create problems for other drone pilots
Ik hoop dat je je realiseert dat met het omlabellen van C0 naar C1 je verplicht bent een certificaat te behalen. En dat het hoogtelimiet 120 meter is. En je niet over een snelweg mag. En dat je drone na het omzetten naar C1 ook een identificatie uitzendt. Je houdt je aan geen enkele regel, en het zorgt ervoor dat je straks nergens meer mag vliegen, en het feit dat je het post maakt het nog dommer. Ik heb je video en details iig opgeslagen.

@@wessieloerus ik ga die van mij ook aanpassen, maar respecteer wel de max hoogte van 120 meter, de kans is als er te hoog gevlogen wordt , het straks klaar is met Drone vliegen, en dat zou heel jammer zijn
I dont understand why so many drone owners feel they need to perform distance flying, then post it. Who cares?

I Did 7 KM with FCC over the IJsselmeer. Could of got more with a 100 procent battery 🤣
