You can only go full blast in Acro mode, And if you don't know how to fly Acro and you don't set the altitude limit or hit the pause button, it's not going to stay there and hover, it's either going to keep rising, until you pull down on the stick and then it's coming down! FAST!

Can you do a video on battery usage and care. I'm a fairly new mini user and a member of several facebook groups and there is some much conflicting information about how low to let your batteries get when flying and how much they should be charged for storage. I've also read about batteries starting fires.

I think it's cool that EVERYBODY, can enjoy drone flying. My wife still doesn't get it, but that's another story

Haha yep. I was asking my wife yesterday..."how can you NOT want to do this?!" I mean, you are FLYING! You can't do this without an airplane, nobody could in the history of the world.....but now YOU can, everyone can FLY! lol I suppose google earth spoiled everybody or something.

I am the complete opposite. There are only so many places to fly. The last thing I want is more people showing up at these places. I don't understand the people that say things like this. I don't see how it benefits us if EVERYONE is doing it. Plenty of places that already cater to the fpv community, and a pretty good size community as it is. So there really is no need to grow this hobby. As soon as you get the dingleberries involved in a hobby, the hobby quickly dies. I'm a serial hobbyist. I have many examples of things being ruined once the masses got involved. This is what will happen. Places to fly will be clogged up. Careless people that don't have to invest much effort into things will be irresponsible with things. So new regulation is coming. Have fun.

@@vhayne91777 I guess you've never heard of a wingsuit? That's actually flying. Fpv doesn't really feel like flying. It feels like that to you? Not me, and I just started. When you watch a movie of something being filmed from a helicopter or a drone, do you feel like you're flying when you watch it? I mean it's a cool effect, but it doesn't feel like I'm flying.

When you're dressed like Ronald McDonald to fly a FPV drone - you know it's damm serious!!

While learning in this drone it’s best to take n/s mode up get up to 100-200 feet if you make a newbie mistake you have some time/space between you and the ground If you’re new to this and you lose control guaranteed you’re going to have a slight panic attack which can make your reaction slower thus having 200 feet between you and oblivion will help give you more than enough time you need to switch it out of manual mode or hit your pause button 66 feet on this drone happens in the blink of an eye

i appreciate how hard it is to turn off the safety stuff. not even making a joke or anything, dji does NOT want you to break your drone.

Don’t get pissed at me or anything, but I think that button is an attitude button not an altitude button. It prevents the drone from going upside down or rolling forward or sideways to prevent you from doing 360 rolls in manual mode while you’re learning to fly in manual. It seems like for this experiment that you’re doing you might want to leave that on so that somebody new doesn’t accidentally pitch it while accelerating that fast which would be pretty crazy if you didn’t know what you’re doing.Then again, I might not know what the hell I’m talking about because I’m pretty new. You're right, the slider button clearly says "attitude mode" and has nothing to do with altitude. The tips given in this video can't be trusted 100%

I was wondering if you could record a video teaching exactly what to do with the screws and were to position the analogs as well as comparing side by side what exactly you do in the controller in order to make the drone flip? Wise use of a very capable piece of technology fpv blended. All the little insights and ways of using DJI FPV for the rush without the "mandatory" destruction rebuild repairs of raw FPV. It's cool to let the electronics do the hover position hold. Ways of Scouting cliffs and climbing routes would be helpful to my BASE jumping friends.

AND, make sure you hit that limit so it DOES go back into Normal mode/GPS mode.. OR by the time I clicked onto what was happing it was too late.. They fall fast.. :(

Got this drone the other day , what a Machine compared to my mini 2 lol, got about 4 hours in the flight sim so far it's going well. Hopefully soon I'll have the minerals to fly acro 👌
