Love everything about all of this. Think I might try my hand at making one using the old garden arch I have in my basement that I had purchased for my wedding to my ex and never ended up using. This could give it new life. Just need to figure out a way to make it in a way that it can be taken apart if needed. The hanging candles definitely give it the magickal feeling. Can't wait to see more.

okay so this is the video that convinced me to celebrate Yule for the first time this year. I am truly a beginner, I was raised in a catholic family, but other paths have always fascinated me. I will be all alone this year, but I decided to decorate my flat, I bought living spruce, oranges and other stuff. I believe I will be happy. Thank you so much for making this time feel right.

This is so adorable. :-) This last year has been rough on me (on all of us, more like), and I've been finding that my usual short prayer to the turning of the wheel (which is all I usually have time for) doesn't bring me as much peace as it once did. Seeing you make this, hearing you speak of your inspiration for it, brings me a sliver of that peace. I may just go ahead and make something like this part of every holiday celebration. Hopefully within the next few months, my time will be freed up a little more and I'll have time to do this. Tyvm so much for posting this, I've learned a lot from it. :-)

Hi Mary, yes I can compeltely understand its been so tough this year! And doesn't feel right being November (kind of has happened too quick in my opinion like I'm not ready for Christmas yet!!) if I am honest, this decoration really pulled me through that, I listened to Christmas music whilst I decorated it and crafting helped change my mindset! Omg can I just say that this is my very favorite thing that you’ve done so far!!! I sooooo love this and I’m definitely going to be making one like this. I may put some wood planks to make shelves on the lower parts on one instead of making it an arch but I do love all of the decorations and how whimsical it is.
