Great! This video should be watched by more people!
So these wireless chargers are magnetic and the phones are somewhat attracted?

No. Not at all. Nothing like that.
Sorry for nagging but you had to use Sketchup for designing that??? It's basically just some rectangular pieces of wood hammered together.

Well... yes, but no. The charger has to be exactly in the center, and it is much easier to calculate by draw a sketch. Here especially the overall width of the upstanding part is critical. (As shown in the video.) But overall I like to visualize the things in Sketchup (e.g. the tilting angle), and it is also a good idea to prepare a cutlist to speed things up in the shop. But you are right, with a good practice one might not need any drawings for a simple thing like this.
I like the part when I can hear you salivating
What is your wireless charger

Mostly the cheapest one. This one is similar to the one I used: rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&toolid=11800&pub=5575402881&campid=5338330151&mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2FUltra-Thin-Universal-QI-Wireless-Charger-Plate-For-Android-Phones-Charging-Pad%2F361701858290%3Fhash%3Ditem54371c5bf2%3Am%3AmVEiVShsXtYN1Anj3VXXH8g (affiliated link)
