Ooww these turkeys are sooo sweet and gentle! I was looking for an easy way to make diapers cuz I have a really fast growing chicken in my home and don't want to spend hours sewing a diaper for her every 4 days hahaha, but this looks promising! Socks are stretchy as well, so she can grow in them a bit, thanks so much for the video!

I'm going to try this with my duckling, but add a bit of paper towel in it since his poop is wet. I'm actually rehabbing it since I do not live a wildlife rehab. He doesn't poop as much as domesticated ones. I read this breed stays with it parents up to 4 months. This is a blessing 🤠💖. Thank you.

Aww that’s amazing Good for you helping the ducking! What breed is he/she. Duck diapers are harder for sure they have suck wet poops! Haha We have a house duck also she’s a the best

You could also turn it and put it on the other way so that the things under their wings go over its back and under its belly instead of on its sides

@@LacquoraSmith I see, yes, they are. Can be kept indoors in small spaces. Planning to keep some quails for myself. I have heard that they lay eggs almost everyday like chickens. Was thinking of making such diapers for them. That would allow them to roam around in my room haha

thats a great question, I have only made diapers for my turkeys and chickens, if our pigeon is a lot smaller than miles [the turkey] in this video than i would use a toddler sock

What if it's liquid poop? wouldn't that get stuck on their feathers?

And how do you clean the poo mess!?

My turkey is aggressive and pecks our mouths a lot. They also go after my male cat’s tail. It’s a full time job keeping them apart :(

I’d say just size it up, of course use something larger than a ladies sock. Then I really really really want to see the video of you putting the diaper on your turkey.
