Also, make sure to refrigerate the mushroom serum once you are done straining and bottling it :)

If you don't like the texture try putting it in a smoothie, you can't taste them or feel the weird texture that way. They have really improved my skin

it actually taste good, in soups - I use slow cooker to make this Serum as some say high heat would compromise the integrity of the Serum at the end. And, I also add a few drops of Dickinson's Witch Hazel to make it last longer, REFRIGERATED :)

I have been looking for a tutorial on making a sheet mask from snow mushroom. This is perfect!

I have quite a bit of dried snow fungus and I'm trying to think of all the ways to incorporate it into my skin regimen. I make all my own skin products and cleansing grains are what I use to wash my face, so I was thinking about powdering some of the fungus and adding it to my grains. I also considered infusing some of the fungus in witch hazel to make a moisturizing toner. I see a lot of people use it as a serum but I can't find any info on whether I'm supposed to rinse the serum off, or leave it on all day. What's your opinion on this? I was going to use a combo of green tea, white tea, and chamomile tea to hydrate the fungus, instead of plain water, by putting a few tea bags of each into the pot with the fungus. Do you think thats a good idea? One last thing, is there any way to reuse the fungus? Like by re-dehydrating it, or freezing it. What about freezing extra serum, in weekly portions, and thawing it whenever I need more?

I am very interested in this serum, but wanted to ask if it will be possible to be boiled with ginseng roots and Damascus rose petsls in order to make a serum that way? What are your thoughts?

Hi! Sorry I am replying so late. I am not sure about using regular mushrooms to make serum. I have never heard of it or tried it!

Yes, you can! However, it might dry out if you do it that way. Yes, you can use it every day if you'd like or a couple of times a week!

They have so much preservatives. Just look at the ingredients on the bags. Not safe to apply on the face unless we're going for the Nicole Kidman frozen look.
