Question: how do you keep the island anchored so that it wont move and possibly cause a problem with the electrical or plumbing? Thanks.

I've nailed a 2x4 on the inside to the floor and attach cabinet to that.

How do you go about attaching the 2x4 to the floor. Do you use screws or bolts?
