note that not all hot glue sticks can do this. I used flexible clear ones :-)

glad you like it! :) it seems that there are different types of hot glue sticks. I did not use the very hard ones

Tip: put salt in the cracks

I tend to think that hot glue is often overused in DIYs but this a very clever use! what happens if you color every faces of the faceted glue crystal then dip it in hot water a few times?

cedricfilm Hi cedric, Thank you! :-) i colored the bottom to prevent visible marker patterns. I haven’t tried it yet the way you suggested so Must be worth Trying! :-))
