I was very moved by the scissor installation you did. All the men in my family were tailors, both on the maternal and paternal sides. :) My maternal grandfather made terrific things!!! I will ask my parents if there is anything left of it, and if so, I will make such a frame myself. Yours turned out beautiful!

I loved the idea of scissors, spools, and the poem. My daughter sews and she used to make quilts. I have been tossing around different ideas of making something for her to do with sewing. I love this idea and will definitely work this into something for her. She will love it. Loved the shadow box lantern. What awesome ideas. Thank you.

Oh, I have to say " Oh my heart"! That spool with the measuring tape and scissors is so cute. Now I'm on the hunt for a fabric tape. Great projects!!

So beautiful! I have a metal lantern my hat had no glass to try this on, unfortunately it has no wood, all metal. But it is the “house” shape and it’s white, so that’s todays project! Thank you once again for being such a huge inspiration to all of us!!

My favorite was the first one… the frame with the scissors!

Wooden utensils/medal utensils woulda looked great within the carrots for extra eye candy 😊

I loved this episode so much, I have a húge stash of scissors, lace, bobbins etc... We share the sane passion for these. I also have 2 Singer sewing machines, one was manufactured in 1922, the other one has the 50th anniversary Edition. Both are perfect still and on display. Hugs from South Africa 🇿🇦

I have a few little oil cans that would be perfect for some shadow boxes. They are for oiling old sewing machines. I love all of your projects.

The last drawer was my favorite. The tiny bottle, the key, spool and scissors- just perfect! The framed scissors gave me so much inspiration for a box of sewing items from my mother and older sister who was an amazing seamstress.
