Yvonne, I can’t pick a favorite…..I loved them all. I’m a terra cotta pot hoarder too. 😆. I pick them and birds up every time I find them while thrifting. They can be used in so many ways. ❤

How can we pick our favorite when they are all so great. You did give me a idea with my bird cage. I think I’m going to paint it blue like yours. You still keep amazing me with your creative ideas. Hugs

The blue birdcage

I thrifted 6 of those light cages, mine are metal. I had no idea what I was going to do with them, I just thought they were so cool. Now you have given me ideas and inspiration. Thanks

I really like every piece but the blue birdcage is my favorite. I love how the rubberized piece changed with the patina.

Your bird has a lump on talk of the beak so it’s a goose plus it has an overly long neck…ie. goose

Oh my goodness- all those terra cotta pots in these projects are fabulous. Loved them all!!

The gilders wax will soften up with thinner or mineral spirits added to the can. That particular color tends to do that or some reason.

I love the cheese box creation you did last!! I will be on the hunt for a cheese box!!

All of them turned out so nice. I love rusty also. You have given me some ideas as to how I can change up a cage I have at a little rental house we have. It sits on a high dresser with a lone bird in it at the moment. Definitely going to add to it now.

Well my girl, you did it again…. You blow my mind with that wonderful gift you’ve been blessed with. Can’t give a favorite as I loved each one with their own personality. Now I know you can use that patina paint even on rubber LOL. Actually that’s good to know. You got me hooked on it. Been crusty rusty on just about everything I can find. That’s stuff is amazing. You also got me to put all my goodies/odds n ends of things into a container. So much easier to find than hunting where did I put that thing-a-ma-jig. Have a super week.
