I love the different looks. But the Ankle strap finish is the best.

I wish I could show you all the shoes and boots I made DYI from years ago. This abusive man I was with always told me nobody is wearing or wants that ISH! I kept going and now I’m looking to market in big stores. And I dumped him. Met a nice man in 2018 and were getting married in 2020! Keep going regardless of nay sayers. ❤️

Omg Im soooo glad!

Years ago, I bought decorative shoe clips that clipped onto the top of a dress shoe...similar to clip on ear rings. I still have them somewhere. They were inexpensive, comfortable and looked fantastic. I see this as the same type of idea. So fun.

Oh I'm so glad! If you make them kind of loose, I recommend double stick tape to make sure they stay put on your foot in the right spot

Can I just say that I LOVE this video? I have thought about doing this for a long time, also because I am in between half sizes, so for me this will actually help my (slightly) too big heels to also stay on my foot! omg! yes!

the ankle version was done by gianmarco lorenzi and by louboutin. great job. one piece of advice, with the black heels (very last shot), higher on the foot, you would be better off putting the strap around your foot, as the strap crossing the arch cleavage part looks a little funky. when you wore it lower towards the front of the shoe, this was not an issue. don't do it with sneakers, the rubber strap will wear out and break in no time.

or you could just slip them over your foot instead of around the shoe and foot, not sure if this option would be uncomfortable but its an option. and you should see my nails at the moment! going through a nail breaking time grrr yours are fine hun

I bought a cheap pair of shoes with a stunning bow a while ago and had no idea they were a Gucci inspired thing. Barely cut the bows off (cos dang those shoes are small) and really need to see what to do with the elastic lol

Brilliant. I have very narrow heels compared to the front of my foot so tend to find it hard to keep pumps on, this could be the perfect stylish answer as the elastic is going to help make my feet more secure in the shoe
