    Thank you, Renea, I'll keep those in mind. When I make country gravy, I make a roux the usual way then add a cup of milk and a cup of water stirring until it starts to thicken. The result is a very smooth, creamy texture, and it is so awesome on biscuits.

    Thank you Brenda. I am going to prepare all 3 of these. Need to get some jars. Made your Amish poor man's steak today with ground beef and pork mixture. It was delicious. I had only 1.45 lbs so adjusted other ingredients except I did use 2 cans of soup. I like gravy.

    Thank you so much I have to make so much gravy because my husband has had radiation for his lungs and the radiation scarred his his throat he can't hardly swallow anything so I have to make sauces and gravies to make slide and also I have to cut up a lot of stuff very small thank you so much again❤

    I didnt see the written recipe for this but wow that looks amazing and I do want to try it for my own pantry. Going to try to stop buying the packs of stuff like the brown gravy and taco seasoning and onion soup mix. Just way better for me and my family to not have all the chemicals and stuff you cant pronounce!     You can even do different seasonings in them they are wonderful. I like to ad a little to my roasts too...YUM.

    Hello, what a wonderful recipe for gravy mixes. We love having gravy with turkey and mashed potatoes. Question did you make your own bullion mix? if so do you have a video on it too?     I have not made the bouillon because I buy it from the Amish and theirs is wonderful, but you can bet your dupa when I figure out their recipe I will give it a whirl...lol

    Renea, can dry milk be added to the mix for the white country gravy? I would love to have an alternative to the Pioneer Brand where only mixing water to the mix.

    I have a question about the country gravy adding the chicken bouillon and the chicken base to it does that make it taste like a chicken gravy or a white country powdered peppered gravy

    WOW! What an amazing time saver! I'm making these tonight for sure! On another subject Ms Renea.......do you make SOURDOUGH BREAD? I've looked for a recipe that doesn't take days and days to make and I'm SO frustrated. I guess I was hoping you made this bread so I could beg a recipe from you. It would be wonderful if you did have one. I have a starter already perking, but no clear recipe on the bread making part. Anyway, I loved this instructional video and will be making it tonight!     If you worked your math, you could add dry milk to this mix so all you would have to add was water.

    I have had surprisingly a problem finding poultry seasoning that you dont need to take a loan out to buy it. any where you get it reasonable priced

    You can use any brand but not the better than bouillon paste cause that will not work for the dry mix.

    If you want the measuring cups and spoons you can order from the Amish Store or I can get them and send them your way...Look under the Chit Chat where I took you all along to the Amish Store and I listed their Phone Number...Call them, they are wonderful.

    Of all the ingredients that you concautioned in these recipe how much of them did you grow in your garden to make up those ingredients? See I get fustrated because when I go to do a recipe I have to stop and run to the store to get them to add in when I have to figure out how to grow them trying very hard to be self sufficient as possible. ( Sorry for venting on you).

    You can use a powdered soup base that is chicken and beef. You can find them at Walmart or Meijer. I think Save A Lot even carries them.
