Same color as my XJ . Ya know you should fix the passenger side frame. So that’s what ya gotta do. The bumper design is perfect 👍. Care to share the cut sheet with hole locations for a price I’m not looking for it to be free. Your putting in a lot of work an I respect that. Let me know.

Looking good,nice fab work.I thought about building my own bumper,then I found diy kits.They come with all your material and some are pre-bent all ready.I will probably go that route,but I still enjoy watching people fab up their own...

DIY bumpers are very affordable. you can get both front and rear bumpers for this jeep on amazon for $330 shipped. I almost brought those rather than starting from scratch.

I wish that I had the patience that I had when I was your age to fabricate my own Front & Rear Bumpers for my XJ, It seems like the older you get, you just want to use the time you have playing with your toys rather than working on them, 25 years ago I would have been in my shop until all hours of the night doing maintenance and building on my jeeps & other toys, you're going to have a good looking functional bumper that's hand built, and one of a kind as well 👍🏻

Thanks Rob. It does take a lot patience to fabricate. some days it take more patience than I have. but building is half the fun for me. And seeing the end product is what motivates me to build more things. rather than buy them.

You doin grate job Man . And you seam like awesome dude ... loving the build so far .. fabrication is not way but it’s awesome when it’s done diy
