    They look great! I can tell you're getting close to delivering because you have energy to do more things than you usually do. My Mom used to call it the "burst of energy" time. The day I gave birth to my second son I cleaned two closets, shoveled snow twice, did laundry and went grocery shopping. That was just in the morning. My water broke as I was eating lunch.

    I love your channel you are down to earth. I don't like the people that have these giant houses. People you can't relate to. Thank you so much for being you. Love the new look.

    Oh dear, I was thinking how beautiful the wrought iron on your house is, then I heard you're going to cover it. Oh well, it's your house. Also, I have 15 grand kids and am expecting the 5th great grand baby any time. I'm anxious for your baby too! Praying for a safe delivery and healthy Mom and Baby. I really enjoy your videos.

    glue BOTH side of the wood ( the surfaces that will stick together) and then press them together and then remove wait a couple minutes and then reset your boards, this is a much stronger bond. Most wood glue bottles say to do this.

  • @ashleyk1360
    @ashleyk13603 жыл бұрын

    Thanks for sharing, It helped me with the staining part. Just wondering but was it because of the size they were that they were only $20 each? We just did this on three windows in the front of our house using poplar wood and it was over $300 for just the wood. We live in Tennessee (in the county) and the cost of living is very cheap here so I was just wondering why there was such a large difference in price. I LOVE the color you chose 😍

    With the shutters being exterior, should you do the polyurethane coat on the backside of the shutters for protection? Do you have any suggestions on what you're supposed to use when applying the shutters on a wood siding exterior? Great video!

    I have a question would you recommend this in direct sun - snow- all weather ? I see you do have a small roof - port over them so it isn't directually outside. Thanks - I love them. They look fantastic. I am all into the country style look. ( ps I bet you are anxiously awaiting on the baby. My goddaughter is due on the 14th. Can't wait this will be her first child.
