This was literally his second video crazy enough. Had to have done videos elsewhere before this because they are great

So I was bored today and as I am in the process of gather bits and pieces for my setup, I decided to look up some videos of set up builds. Yours was the first to pop up so I watched it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I subscribed about 2 minutes in. I'm excited to see where this channel goes.

Dude keep making these videos. There’s like no one else doing DIY desk setup stuff at this level. They’re all great. You should look into epoxy resin after you get your CNC machine to engrave a logo in your desk, fill it in with the resin then throw lights behind it to glow.

A++ that Hue lights can get programmed into Stream Deck too - it's a no-brainer, why you would buy an Elgato light if you're already in the Hue ecosystem is beyond me! Your tutorial was easy to follow, set up, and install! Fantastic channel - subscribed!

This is exactly what I am looking for as I WFH and need my camera on during calls. Love the camera mount ideas as I could hide the lights behind my monitor when not in use.

This is a very interesting idea. My issue I would have is that I have very thin monitors save for the bottom half where the VESA mount is (Spectre 25in monitor 2020 edition). My left one is fine since its verticle and this could work, the center and right may be an issue. I may give this a shot since I do have Dazzne lights but they aren't sufficient for me and have some issues where they turn on randomly. These I could tie into my Alexa commands for starting a stream or recording..... Do you have anything showing the brightness for you vs other lights?

As a word of caution, the 3M tape that comes with the Play Bars is extremely sticky and can and might damage your monitor if you try to take it off later. Be careful! Also, a way to have viewers control your stream lighting with points, commands, etc, use Lumia Stream!

That's exactly what I did! Changed the shutter speed to 1/25 and the camera output is 1080p50. I can barely notice anything now (flickering or banding). Thanks!

@@FLXtv it's my biggest dream to start streaming, I'm still in school and my parents don't support it at all, so I'm saving up for my own setup. Luckily I'm in my final year of school so if I finish school I'm going straight to work for my stream setup cause it's my dream. But I stream a bit over my ps 4 but my ps 4 broke a few months ago so now I'm playing on my phone and try to make content with that untill I have enough money for my setup.

Here before 80 subscribers. We're gonna make It! #great Xd

The only thing that worries me is it bright enough? Elgato has 2800 lumens while Philips has 530 lumens.

Funfact: u can actually control the playbar with the elgato stream deck, too.
