That's the front subframe U-brace. It's a safety component for front end collisions. You can get lightweight replacements online.

That would be part of your subframe. Lol. Completely safe? No no no.

i remove the subframe but i feel the car is shaking at high speed but pull little more🤙

Hmm interesting. I would reach speeds of around 140-150 very often and would not feel the shake. Did the shake start after you removed the sub frame?

yeah dont remove the k frame...or the bar under the back seat...making your car less stiff

Just replace it with a lighter strut brace. You'll reduce body roll plus the car will still be lighter.

@@BreakYourMark yeah but if it’s a bar that’s bolted to the body or chassis is going to make car stiffer than without these parts..

@@TheSwiftestWolf not necessarily, it’s bolted to sheet metal, not to the frame like the sub frame. Because of this it Will only add rigidity on side impacts, when there is something actively pushing against it. If you look at the older imprezas (ie. 97-98) they don’t have that bar. It was only added after they started testing cars fir side impacts
