I like to do what is called "ecstatic dancing" I really feel my devine feminine energy emerge when I'm in this state, and so many other energies that are so mysterious when you do it. Sometimes I love to just feel my body moving through the air surrounding us. So divine

You look so beautiful, Jasmin. Your skin is flawless. Im sorry you were in a toxic relationship. My first marriage was toxic and I feel like a part of me died when I was in the relationship. Now, I am married to the love of my life, we just bought a house, and life is sunny. 🌞 So be patient and never settle. Anyway, my son Elijah goes to therapy for depression and anxiety. We all had Covid in December. We got hit hard! It didn't help his depression, it made it worse. His therapist said Covid does that. It makes mental health issues worse and takes awhile to leave the brain. I love seeing you on here. Much love to you! 💕 🌼 🌈 😊

Ahh that's so cool that you watch my videos since the beginning :) When I started KZread I was in a very healthy relationship for a long time. After the breakup in January 2022 I was in a toxic relationship from September 2022 til a few weeks ago. 🥰

When you are better , take yourself on a solo date . I did one a few weeks ago . I took myself for a coffee , then to a nice restaurant that served vegan food options for lunch then it started to rain later in the afternoon so I went to see a film by myself ... I felt so much love cos I'd treated myself so kindly and put myself first 🤗 I can't believe it's been over 4 years since the beginning ❤
