  I wish for you peace and happiness. I know very well all about dark times and for the first time in my life have experienced real depression (not the sadness that we all get from time to time) and I don't wish this upon anyone. People have no idea how bad it is until they experience it first hand. In my case depression was brought upon me when 3 tragic events occurred all around the same time within months apart, first my mother's death, an accident that almost killed me and someone leaving me. These combination of events almost destroyed me to the point of not wanting to live, and not being able to function with normal daily tasks😢 it's been years and it still lingers and I feel the effects, for me it never really goes away. But time, very slowly brings you back up, I feel like a wounded soldier with not only physical wounds but also PTSD. It's all a work in progress, we all heal at different stages, different time frames. What has helped me is being in nature, lakes, woods, animals etc. The frequencies of mother Earth never fail to make me feel better and that I must go on. Sending you much ❤️✨ and comforting 🤗

  Always like watching your videos, hope your doing well. I know it's none of my business but was wondering who your roommate is? A friend, acquaintance or just someone you found that needed a roommate? I've always thought I should have a roommate to help with high costs of living in my city but unfortunately it's next to impossible to find quality ppl where I live 😞

  I was in a very healthy and happy relationship when I posted the Croatia vlog! We broke up but stayed friends. The person I was in a relationship with after this one, was a very toxic person. Just to clear this up! 🥰

  Schaut so gemütlich bei dir aus. Ja, und manchmal reicht eine Sache, die man macht, wie Yoga oder eine Meditation. Meine Psychotherapeutin hat mir das auch dringend ans Herz gelegt, das zu machen. Auch wenn man in dem Moment nichts fühlt und nur die Decke über den Kopf ziehen will. Ich fand Spaziergänge im Wald immer mega hilfreich.

  Danke für deine Ideen! Mein Therapeut betont auch immer wieder, wie hilfreich und erdend eine Meditation sein kann! Einen Spaziergang im Wald habe ich lange nicht mehr gemacht, vielleicht nehme ich mir das wieder vor! 🥰
