DIY Converted Pop Up Camper to an Off Road Camper

How I saved $10,000s by putting an 9 inch lift on my old pop up camper. Now I can take it off road. The is a 1984 Viking Little Gasser.
$199 2000 lbs axle from Northern Tool and Equipment.
$40 axle flip kit from Amazon.
$20 1' by 3' by 2" angle iron
$15 grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers

    Timbren independent suspension is very handy on tougher trails. That weak axle tube will get in the way until it’s bent and/or broken. For the money you did add a lot of functionality to the pop up.

    I'm a similar route. I'm too old for the crawling up on a roof. And prefab overland trailers are too pricey. Thanks for sharing. Your work looks great

    I want to do the same thing where did you get your axle I thought you only needed to get a block to put it underneath but that would only lift in only lifting two inches with the blocks
